Overcharged?

Got 3 same jackets because I like them, one in blue and two in black color. On website it says 120euro. In my country it said 100euro but since there was none in store, I had to wait to return to Ireland and buy for higher price. When jackets got delivered, on tag it says 99.95euro. Delivery was good but the rest is bad, I feel like I was overcharged online and also wasted time by going to 2 different Zara stores in my country to find none in stock.

Order not full and packed terrible.

01.10.25. 19:00 Just arrived from work and got my delivery, opened terribly packed items, one pack of boxers opened, other box of CK boxers didn't even arrive, it was 2PCs of same ones, expensive jacket in also just folded in that thin bag and Nike T-shirt that was all over the place all wrinkled. Wondering now how that will go when I contact them tomorrow. Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. Won't be ordering here again. Thank you

Email sent out. Hopefully problem can be solved quick and not go for days or even weeks.

03.10. Sent email on 01.10. Still waiting for someone to get back to me!
04.10 I was told I need to call. I called, waited in queue 15 minutes. Probably around 15 minutes on the call to explain what happened and had to confirm all legal questions related to pack of CK underwear never being delivered. Other pack was opened and will be sent back. Discount code now lost and they won't provide another one. Like I said, I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I believe ordering from Shein or Temu is better experience. Big brands in the past when they took a month to refund would provide gift card and apologies but JD Sports who gave worst delivery experience yet, waste my time and won't send another pair of CK underwear but they'll refund and I'll lose my discount code. Whole order will be sent back.

Love END. Customer support is bad.

Did 2 or 3 orders from them not so long ago. Whatever I got came packaged nice and fast, I even did a refund, Moncler gilet was not fit as I expected, sent it back and got refund quick. END. is example how things should be, smooth and simple. Thank you and I will be ordering here in future.

14.05. What a terrible customer service from Joshua. He replied on my email with the "usual" customer support message that you get, and after my reply, 24 hours later he asked me same "usual" question that you get from customer support which he asked first time and he never replied again, now I need to wait 24 hours again? It was question about product that can go out of stock at any minute so this is sad. I can't understand how almost every company can have this bad customer support.

PC Monitor order

Made order on 10.02., day later, UPS came with update that monitor I ordered ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACDNG will be delivered on Friday till end of the day, just how it said on the website. Will post an update once I receive the monitor.

Unfortunately, it got rescheduled for Monday. For 50€ delivery, I would expect it to be perfect and on time!

Got it on Monday and everything seems great. Thank you CU.

OK sometimes.

Only positive is that some shops allow returns by An Post and everything usually goes well and when something needs to be delivered by them is also fine.

Negatives so many that it's not worth writing.

They lost 200 euro worth package of mine in the past when I was returning something and since then I always ship with tracking. Last return I sent which was on 11th. Jan is still sitting in ATHLONE MAIL CENTRE for 9 days, since 17th. Jan.
One of the girls that work in one of the branches is very slow. Last time she was trying to charge me more, when I went to sent this last package on 10th.Jan, for small box but just a bit longer than average, she said it's a "parcel" and she wanted to make me pay 27 euro shipping to UK, less than 1kg package. I refused and left, came on 11th. and other woman charged me 17 euro which I usually pay.

REPRESENT is great brand, returns could be processed quicker!

I just found out about how good this brand is around 2 months ago, just on time when sales were on and I must say I spent around 1000€ on their clothes and for now I must say it was worth it, quality, material used for the price, attention to details and great fit is just very good so I am not surprised about hype for this brand. Hoodies, 247 pants/cargos, t-shirts, and lot of other things that I got, I love it... I did small amount of returns but It was very simple, they use drop to shop.

Only complaint would be that sometimes if u want faster refund, it seems like u must contact them or It takes way longer.
Also, denim jeans that I got (3 different models), I had to return because sizing was off (Length wise).

On most of the things I went size down/smaller because I don't prefer way too baggy fit and it ended up being great.
Edit: After wearing hoodies and cargo 247 pants now for a while, it's hard to wear anything else, very satisfied, I keep rotation with those 4-5 hoodies I got and I love them all, fit is just phenomenal.

Edit: Sent return order on Jan.14. Still waiting for refund, almost 1 month! First time I was returning it was very quick.

30/09 UPDATE: No refund issued since I sent it back for return on 31/08., unfortunately a classic thing that happens with Represent.
06/10. Refunded. Took long time but at least they show they care about customers with good communication over emails.

Customer service should be improved.

I love to shop here for the last 2-3 years. Great customer service in-store, great vibe, beautiful store. Only complaint would be Men's dressing rooms, they could have better lighting and look better.

-1 I gave for customer support that you get when you call and for online chat than can't even tell the in-store stock.
Yesterday when I called, I got someone from the store and the call ended from their side, they never called back. After that, next 3 calls, when someone answered and forwarded me to someone in-store, nobody answered. It was very hard to just get information about stock so I just went to the store and bought what I needed (Bag I wanted was only 1 piece left so I was lucky!).

Never ordering here again.

I was buying in the past and I must say it was great. Now after few years I decided to buy new monitor and went with them over Amazon for some reason and I did mistake. My order is not processed since 19. Jan. My email was not answered for 2 days. When called, I was told my order should be processed today or tomorrow but it didn't happen. I hope now to get my order till next Friday, if it doesn't get processed till Monday, I will never shop here again and will change my rating. Get serious guys and atleast send email update with some information about the order.

Order still not processed or email answered, I will not shop here in the future. I am not in position to cancel because there's no stock on Amazon and it was the same price like here for the monitor I was buying which is Asus VG27AQDMG. I wish that I could cancel just so I don't have any business with this guys. Disappointed.

Yesterday (29.01.) finally got email and was told they expect to receive stock to main warehouse on 04.02. and that order will be shipped on next working day.
Today, I got same email saying same thing but for 05.02.
I can't wait to see how long that will go for. Good job guys.

05.02. Email that I got: On 11-02-2025 we expect to have received all the products on your order in our main warehouse. I go search for different monitor now.
I cancelled the order (06.02.). Waste of time.

I am waiting for refund atm. (12.02.).
