I got today my electric Brompton serviced by Richard. He is such a great guy - very knowledgeable, provided me with top advice and super customer orientated. After the service the bike was riding extremely well. The bike maybe pricy, but Brompton Junction does not let you alone with bike problems - they provide a cost-efficient service that is top quality. I wish there would be more Brompton Junction stores in South-West London.

Ordered a product in mid November. Shortly before Christmas it was stated that the item is shipping and then in early January the order was cancelled by computeruniverse. Christmas was ruined!!! That said, after asking about the issue it was stated that the delivery company had troubles due to covid-19 and refund was made immediately (including shipping costs). So they are a bit slow, don't provide all the information right away, but otherwise OK.
