The alloys where out of stock no mention to customer…

The alloys where out of stock and they do not mention that, when i called them they told me that will come from Germany and etc. I ordered because The delivery was 4-5 days, no 20 days to get my products.

No update to their tracking page also…

No update to their tracking page also they told me that my package is at my destination and the package is still at Germany from 28 of august, also they doesn’t say anything about the estimated delivery. From Germany to Cyprus two european countries and still my package at germany for 10 days. Also they didnt answer to my emails. Poor communication for trust my 500 euro for graphics card

Dear customer, your order is still in transit and not in Germany. Only the last scan was in Germany, when the parcel left the country. The next scan will be after the customs in Cyprus release the parcel for the postal service in Cyprus. Even though both countries are within the EU, in our experience the delivery time is between 2-4 weeks normally. Our experience based on a lot of shipments to Cyprus every week.
