Terrible Experience
I made an order for a few items using a voucher I received for my birthday. The cardboard box that my order arrived in was completely battered, it looked like it had been used repeatedly and was gaping at the sides. Two items were missing from my order, and they'd also sent me a co-ord set that I didn't order, which wasn't even wrapped!
I went onto the Customer Service chat and they were more concerned with getting evidence of the item that I didn't order than addressing the items I hadn't received. Cue having to take photos for upload of less than 5MB. Prior to this, I received an automated message that said I couldn't make a return as the delivery was more than 30 days ago!
After sending the photos, the Advisor then disconnected from the chat and I had to go through the whole conversation again with a new Advisor that joined.
They told me that I could only have a refund or replacement if I returned the item that I hadn't ordered, which is completely unacceptable.
Shocking customer service experience and I won't be buying from ASOS again.

Ordered an outfit for my daughter to wear to her grandmothers funeral . They use evri and the parcel is now 2 days overdue . They want me to wait another 2 days which will past the funeral before they will do anything .

To sum it up right from the beginning: Last time ever.
I´ve bought a pair of Vans Crosspath XC, which are supposed to be water-repellent. Walked the dog, stood 5 minutes in a meadow with morning dew, feet wet as hell. So, obviously they do not what they should (see pictures). Provided the pictures to ASOS via Chat, complaint not accepted. For whatever reason.
No more words needed. Companies like ASOS are still far too successful if they can afford this service. Placed a similar post via Google. Pics are included there.

My account was blocked and no explanation was given. No clear advice given to unblock the account.
My daughter was given a £50 gift card which was unusable as the had blocked my friends account also. So when my daughter is emailing asos they can’t help. It’s a GIFT CARD why is it attached to someone’s account.
I’ve been happy customer for ages…
I’ve been happy customer for ages and never experienced any problems until I had to resolve something via customer service, which is highly poor and unprofessional and extremely slow.
I’ve ordered coord which clearly states 100% (it’s vital for me), when it arrived I could even without checking see that it’s polyester and on the label it was said that it’s polysester.
All I wanted from customer service is to give me free postage label and it was not my fault that coord isn’t made on that fabric as it states on their web site. And therefore I don’t want to pay for the return.
They feeding me with messages that other team is looking at the problem. But nothing happens. It’s been nearly 3 weeks, and info on the website still incorrect and I just wonder how many other customers will be misled by this?
All I want if just get my money back and get rid of these items.
I don’t even care about £3.95 anymore and probably will send it at my cost just to get rid of it and return money before it’s too late to create a return.
But ASOS will loose loyal customer who I was for years and years. Because if I leave I do it forever 😀
Premier delivery is a scam and agents are unhelpful
Premier delivery is a scam. Orders never arrive the next day!!! They tell you to order within a certain amount of time for next day delivery and they dispatch it at early hours the next morning so it’s never going to come that day. Don’t order from them if you want it next day we it will be 2 days minimum, agent on the that was extremely unhelpful and ended the chat on me. Customer service is always appalling with asos
ASOS don't appreciate their customers.
The return window was exceeded by only 24 hours and ASOS refused to show any flexibility for a loyal customer.
They refused to receive the return.
While trying to engage with the agents to resolve the issue, the agent abruptly ended the chat without resolving the issue. This was dismissive.
ASOS should appreciate customers who have placed many orders in the past and demonstrate flexibility where possible.
I won't be purchasing with ASOS ever again and will spend my money with retailers that appreciate the business.

Awful service and you can’t speak to anyone! My parcel was lost and no help and the service advisers didn’t even know how in post worked. Told me to go back for a receipt 2 weeks later and now I’ve had to pay for all the missing items. Awful!
ASOS has gone massively downhill
ASOS has gone massively downhill. ASOS used to be my go to online shop, it had amazing clothes and amazing service. It’s now horrendous. I ordered some make up with my next day delivery service which I pay extra for. I didn’t arrive for a week and after chasing numerous times they kept telling me it was out for delivery but Evri status said waiting for parcel. One customer service person said I’ll get a refund the next day but 2 days later nothing….,and and 7 days later my parcel arrives! By this point I had already bought the make up elsewhere (thinking I was getting a refund) just utter crap - will avoid at all costs. I’m not even a serial returner I just want decent service like you get elsewhere.
Shut them down.

I used to absolutely love ASOS but then they started charging me if I sent back a certain amount for a refund, then they outright blocked my account. To be fair I think that asos has gone down hill and so I’m not to bothered about this - but what I am bothered about is the return that I sent before they blocked my account. I’ve tried customer service chat, email everything and they refuse to contact me back. Completely backwards. I would stay clear of asos

The Team support is going to treat you like trash, i wait 3 hours to get someones help, and get nothing. You will ask the refund and they will say that the refund just take place, and then they will send you back the Items so they tell you they cannot refund you.
Also the quality is VERY low now. And the Team Support dont care about you, they will treat you like trash and end conversations without a solution.
You have other brands like About You, that will listen you and take care of their costumers with respect.
I also will do a formal complain about ASOS.

Returns options not available in Singapore
I purchase an item in asos and tried to return it through their ReBound page following the instructions. First try they were supposed to collect it from my address but nobody came to pick it up so I contacted Customer Support. Second time, they sent a new label so I should drop it in a drop off location. I go to the drop off location and the guy tells me the system does not recognise the tracking ID, the label is invalid. I contact customer support again and Third time: after more than 30 minutes chatting with an agent, the agent drops the conversation without giving any solution, I wait to get connected to a second agent, after 1 hour chatting with the new agent he sends a new label, I go to the drop off location same result, I go to a second drop off location, same result. I have taken pictures of everything, chat and system in the drop off locations with the invalid numbers.
If you purchase something in ASOS in Singapore, have in mind you won’t be able to return your item.
Btw the last agent told me that I will receive an email with a solution and I am still waiting…
Worst customer service.
Terrible customer service. I got an email saying my parcel was dispatched. 48 hours later the tracking hasn't changed. ( even tho it's 48hour tracked delivery) so I contacted customer service to just be told oh don't worry it will turn up at some point. Told to wait another 3 days then I'll be able to get a refund. Sn then the customer service agent just left the chat. Rude an unhelpful in every way.
Backwards company
Terrible service, they are unable or unwilling to cancel an order which is still a whole weeks away from being dispatched and delivered. They’d rather me wait for eventual delivery and then return it, yet they bang on about being green. Make it make sense.

From 3 day delivery to 18 days & sent a 30 minute drive away!
I ordered a pair of sneakers that were supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I received a message saying they had a problem with the order so it will be 17 days instead. Then when the 17 days came, still no shoes, no message.
Finally, the 18th day I found a link and the shoes were delivered to a UPS store in a different town than I live! I was supposed to go pick them up or they would be returned. NO ONE ever sent me a message (phone or email) to tell me that they are no longer delivering them directly, but instead I have a 30 minute drive to pick them up!
IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with ASOS. Only a BOT where I put my order number and the BOT told me they were 'still out for delivery'.
