Terrible customer service. I paid for a pair of shoes which ASOS didn't send and did not inform me either. It's been more than ten days and I don't have my refund yet. I will never shop with them again.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!. I booked for the 22nd for 1 night and the website confirmed my booking for the 25th which is a Sunday. They did it on purpose. I will never use this site ever again. Total scam!

Booking.com is the worst company I have ever seen. They do not care about their clients and if the property is of poor standard or you have a terrible experience and paid them not the property, Booking.com will not refund you. Please avoid this company. Do not book with them. They do not care about you at all. Only about money!

Je n’ai tout simplement pas de mots pour ce terrible service ferroviaire qui emploie des intimidateurs comme la sécurité.J’ai eu un test covid négatif qui a été estampillé, mais a refusé l’entrée dans le train.J’ai ensuite été détenu pendant une heure sans explication, puis laissé aller.Traité comme un criminel pour quoi??? Je n’utiliserai plus jamais cet Eurostar !

I will never buy from Luvme again. Hair arrived smelling and looked different from unit shown on website. I returned it back a month ago and still have not received a refund. Terrible.
