Your customer service is appaling....i have an item i wish to return, but cant as your system says it hasn't been delivered yet...no tel number to call and on live chat was told I'm 48th in the queue...just a way to stop people returning an order that is not suitable

My colour wow spray arrived with a faulty spray.....I informed customer service abd offered to return item...they said the would replace and then I recieved an email saying it would have to be reviewed again...so over a week later money paid abd no product abd told another 5 working days before a decision - appaling customer service - i shall be closing my account - shame as CS used to be good
UPDATE - I have now been sent an replacement item....this is the customer service is would expect from LF who have always in the past played fair...long may it continue

Order sent back to LF by Evri without being delivered- LF will not refund my money and has for the last week said I will recieve an email when goods have been sent out, which I still haven't recieved - so no goods and no refund...customer service is hopeless - UPDATE - someone took over my problem on seeng this and I now have my order in full (just in time!) Happy as I use LF regularly and rely on them for their usually good service

Used booking.com over a long period and when thing's go smoothly it's fine...but hit a problem and the customer service is absolutely hopeless to the point of none existent- left us stranded when a rogue company tried to rip us off for a £450 breakage fee - Luxury Larios Malaga Centre Appartments- do not go near this company either! - lost money paid for apartment and had to pay for another- booking.com not only were no help but then deleted all the conversations we had had with them and have never replied to our dispute resolution- I will certainly be looking elsewhere when traveling

The product was great but too big - sent back but been unable to contact company for refund- no one answers telephone and thd Email option didnt work - worried about refund
Update- recieved an Email informing me that refund is on its way - I'm very glad of this as the products are lovely

Ordered on 3rd July - no update email, nothing to say dispatched- emailed them but bounced back saying unrecognised - have a feeling I'm never going to see this mat
