Terrible customer service!!!

Terrible customer service!!!! I paid the annual fee for next day delivery, didn’t get my parcel next day, which I needed it for. Tried to do a live chat. After speaking to 2 diff robots finally got put through to a customer service employee, who was less help than the robots. After many excuses as to why I didn’t get my next day delivery was told that my area was outwith the next day inclusion. What!!!! Was then told to read the T&C’s. So basically don’t take next day delivery unless you read through all the T&C’s. After being on the chat for approx 40 mins they then left the chat open and did not resolve my issue.
Very very bad service.

Highly recommend StockX

First time using StockX and will definitely use them again. The only site that had the golf shoes I was looking for. They came within 5 days and they kept me up to date on my order status and delivery. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Brilliant Service

Phoned Alpha on the Monday as problems with my hot water and boiler showing an error code. Spoke to Dan. He couldn’t have been any more helpful. He told me what the prob was and how they could fix it and he offer me 2 diff packages and told me the diff in cover and price. I went ahead with the annual cover paying monthly which works out cheaper which is great. There was a problem with their IT and he couldn’t set up the direct debit . He told me he would call me back the next day around 11am, and true to his word he called me back, we got it set up and by the Wednesday the engineer, Scott (who was so friendly and explained everything) was out and sorted what was wrong.

No hassle as all getting through to them by phone which is very reassuring if I need to contact them again for anything.

Great service from start to finish.
