ASOS don't appreciate their customers.

The return window was exceeded by only 24 hours and ASOS refused to show any flexibility for a loyal customer.
They refused to receive the return.
While trying to engage with the agents to resolve the issue, the agent abruptly ended the chat without resolving the issue. This was dismissive.

ASOS should appreciate customers who have placed many orders in the past and demonstrate flexibility where possible.

I won't be purchasing with ASOS ever again and will spend my money with retailers that appreciate the business.

The process was very quick. I found the team to be very understanding and they showed great empathy for the circumstances.
I was very happy with the service and would recommend the company.
