I stupidly fell into the trap of ordering from BoohooMAN again, because my son liked an item. Never again. The shirt was too big, so I knew we’d face the torture of attempting to return it. BoohooMAN really hate refunding anyone their money. They basically won’t do it. They say they will, they send a return QR code, they mark your return as received, and then you never hear from them again. Unless you chase and chase and chase. It becomes a full time job hassling them, trying to contact them, pestering them. Eventually, when you’re losing the will to live, after about a month of daily messages, they’ll send you a partial refund. Awful awful company.
What is going on with Boohoo? The customer service is appalling! I ordered a big order on boohooman and 1 item was missing! I have then proceeded to message Boohooman on Facebook messenger/whatsapp/instagram/X/email and there is no signs on anyone responding to me anywhere. It is ridiculous that such a big company and are not taking care of their customers. Seeing as I had bought a big order because I needed tshirts for our business uniforms and no one was replying I had to then order again and pay next day delivery to be able to replace the tshirt that wasn't sent to me! Wish I could post on here screenshot of all the AI messages I've recieved saying a customer service advisor will be in touch soon, 4 days later and no one has come back to me. I will be taking this complaint further.
What on earth has happened to this once brilliant company. I have been using boohooMAN for years. Over 35 orders and up until last year was still flawless. 100% next day delivery, quick replies to emails and returns were dealt with in a timely manner. Now? It's just so sad reading these reviews which confirm how far they've fallen. The app is glitchy as hell, clearly not being maintained, you pay for next day delivery but it never atcually is anymore, they use evri when they used to use DPD which causes even more problems with lost orders, late orders. And if you ever need to return something your best bet is just to sell it on vinted, you'll be waiting weeks and never get a reply from anybody. Their clothes have also changed over the past year, getting more getto and alternative and it's very obvious they've taken on a different designer. An absolute gutting shame as they were my number one go to place for all my clothing needs. Not anymore...
Is it just me or are Boohoo Man stealing our money? I sent back a pair of Jeans in September and so far I haven’t received my refund and when I enquire about it, I get nowhere?! I am so pissed off with these idiots! This will be the very last penny I will ever spend with Boohoo Man!
Kai was excellent when needing help. Was very prompt in responding and patient. Also love that they use a text message thread to interact. This makes things seamless.
Returned the items, no update on how the process is going, messaged to question and got told I’m been put through to an agent which never happened. Products weren’t at quality I expected but the return has been shambles

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying from BoohooMAN. I heard from my sister, who ordered about a year ago and had a good experience, so I trusted that it would be fine. I didn’t bother checking reviews and just placed my order.
So far, this has been a terrible experience. They already took the money from my bank account, but I haven’t received any order confirmation at all. I reached out to customer service, and only an AI assistant responded. Based on what I’ve been reading in other reviews, it seems they just don’t care.
If the AI assistant is reading this, Rob, can you please make sure someone actually contacts me? I want to know where my package is. This is a lot of money, and I’m not just going to let it slide. I want my order or I want my money back.

I’m posting again because this is the only way I’ve been able to get a timely response regarding my order. My original order was placed on September 23, 2025, and I just received an email from SpeedX saying my package is “lost/missing.” Apparently, it’s been missing for over a week, yet I’m only being updated about it now — that’s beyond unacceptable.
What makes this worse is that the BoohooMAN Trustpilot response team previously told me to “wait until the 19th” for updates. Now I find out my package has been missing all along. It’s pathetic and unprofessional to keep customers waiting like this with zero proactive communication.
I’ve emailed BoohooMAN’s customer service many times without a single reply. The lack of accountability and transparency is astonishing. I’m now demanding a full refund for both of my orders immediately. Based on how this has gone, I wouldn’t be surprised if my other package ends up "missing" too.
This entire process has been draining, disappointing, and unacceptable. BoohooMAN needs to take responsibility for its shipping partners and start treating customers with basic respect.
I placed an order on 02 August 2025, which has been nothing short of a frustrating experience.
The item did not arrive on time and was subsequently confirmed as returned on 21 August 2025. I was informed that the refund was being processed, yet over 50 days later, I am still waiting for the refund to be issued.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep being told to “wait another two weeks,” which is both unacceptable and contradictory to your own responses on Trustpilot, where you state that refunds are processed within two weeks.
This inconsistency has eroded my trust in your service, and I am no longer confident that this issue will be resolved without further escalation.
Terrible customer service been waiting for nearly two weeks for a purchase I made AND paid for next day delivery. I have emailed, whatsapped and messaged and still nothing
Worst customer service ever. They dont even reply the messages in the first place. My package got damaged during transit by EVRI(worst delivery company ever). Its almost a month now and tried every possible way and they replied by saying they gonna issue refund or replacement and after that no reply. Fraud app, cheating customers by making them subscribe for next day delivery and guess what they dont even deliver the products. Please hire some people with brain in your firm.

If i could give less than 1 star i would.Good clothes but awful experience on returns ..sent something back 3 weeks ago and haven't had money refunded..contacted them and they said it has been processed and money returned but it hasn't!! Unable to sort it as they just say it's been returned but my bank statement says differently!
Stay well away... £60 odd pounds down.So they have my money and the returned clothes.Disgrace! Do not order from this company
