Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. Do not waste your time. I paid for premium and believe me when I say there’s nothing premium about this delivery service. I’ve yet received my package and it has been a few days now. I would’ve got a lot sooner if I got it myself in boots or if I had ordered off Amazon, I’m genuinely really upset with this process.

My experience wasn’t the best

My experience wasn’t the best. I was really looking forward to getting some piercings and, in fact, did a lot of planning for it. When I arrived for my appointment, the piercer was 10 minutes late for a 20-minute app. I alerted another staff member; she essentially stated it was a “waiting game” and to just deal with it. She abruptly turned around and spoke super nicely to other customers, which was unprofessional and rude. When the piercer came out, no apology, just very defensive.I honestly regret coming in. It was supposed to be a nice time on my day off, but it turned out to be a big regret. Already I’ve spent hundreds on the brand, but feel really let down by my experience.
