They have the most caring support Team, i just talk with Fabio from About You, they will be so nice to you, resolve all your problems, present solutions.
They take care of all their clients, as the support team said " We want our clients to stay with us for many many years".
And thats amazing, i buy a lot of products from About You, and i will keep doing that, because i want to buy from a Brand that take care of their clients and treat them with respect.
Please avoid ASOS, you have About You. Thank me Later.
About You is going to be the leader in the Market and they deserve it!

ITS NOW A BAD BRAND!
The Team support is going to treat you like trash, i wait 3 hours to get someones help, and get nothing. You will ask the refund and they will say that the refund just take place, and then they will send you back the Items so they tell you they cannot refund you.
Also the quality is VERY low now. And the Team Support dont care about you, they will treat you like trash and end conversations without a solution.
You have other brands like About You, that will listen you and take care of their costumers with respect.
I also will do a formal complain about ASOS.
I wish i can add the Chats conversation in here to prove.
Please to avoid yourself a stresstfull situation DO NOT BY anything from ASOS

Estive à espera de uma encomenda durante meses e quando chegou, um dos produtos não era o que eu tinha adquirido, pelo que fiz o pedido de reembolso da encomenda e quando me reembolsaram o valor foi inferior ao valor por mim pago. Pelo que já reclamei e até agora ninguém me respondeu. JD Online nunca mais.

Desde agosto que estou à espera do reembolso dos produtos que devolvi, que não tinham nada a ver com as imagens que a Chic me apresenta online. Não acreditem em nenhum comentário a falar bem da Chic Me aqui. Acho que já muitas pessoas foram enganadas.
Neste momento estou a reunir-me com o meu advogado para interpor uma acção judicial. A chic me informa que o refund ocorrerá dentro de 7 a 15 dias. E quando devolvemos o email a dizer que não recebemos o valor, a estratégia é passar para outros colaboradores. Então eu pedi o comprovativo da transferência e esta foi a resposta: "Do you want the receipt ? you can also contact the card bank to check your bill" -
"Yes, please send me the Bank Transfer confirmation, yes i have already contact my bank." E não me responderam mais. Faço votos que as pessoas com capacidade também interponham uma acção.
