Ordered suits for some upcoming weddings - spent a few hundred dollars on my order then had to contact them multiple times on where it was - only to be told after a month that it was lost and my order was being refunded. I re-ordered it all and spent another few hundred dollars and the same thing happened again! What’s the point or ordering if it just keeps getting refunded and then your money is just sitting on hold the whole time? So disappointing after shopping here for years.
