LOVE my crossbody SLING BAGS. You will too!
I’m a HUGE fan of the Foldie! My last purchase was to also give one to my daughter for a Christmas present.
I’m here THIS time to mention my SLING BAGS. The Foldie was the best to take along with everything necessary for my spine surgery. But AFTER my surgery, the SLING BAG came into its own. I had a back brace and instructions not to lift anything above 10lbs. The SLING BAG was perfect for carrying my day to day stuff like my phone and wallet in the RFID protected large pouch, and my cigarettes, lighter and a couple more small things in the front pouch. I had my comb in the back pouch along with individual wipes for my glasses. And it still wasn’t full!!
My surgery was a month ago and I’m still carrying the SLING BAG everyday. I can swap it out for another when it needs washing. They come out great in the washing machine on a low setting!
Brilliant for everyday use. Do what I did and take advantage of the BOGO!!! Go get you some!!!

Great product
Great product. In fact, I have tried the original Foldie, as well as the cross body and loved them. I have also purchased several as gifts, since 2023, Loved the color options and prompt, well packaged shipping. Having tried so many other brands, these are hands down my favorite. I recently purchased the new bundle as a gift, which includes the packing cubes. These are cubes are good, but do not rate as high as Bagsmart or Biaggi, in my opinion. Still a great value. Overall, I absolutely recommend Foldie products.

Bought the slingbag in beige and coastal blue and was not disappointed ,good sized bag , Great length strap.Used on my recent trip to Zante, and it felt safe. plenty of room for passports ,phone, cards, brush ,purse ,pen and notebook and still had space left. Good value at BOGOF. Will definately get plenty of use out of them.Thinking of getting some more.

The order tracking is poor. The email I received with a big Track my order button took me to the .com site when I had ordered on .co.uk. Not surprisingly it couldn’t find my order. Thought it could be a scam so contacted customer service. Their reply was not from a company email; it was helpful.
When I realised I was tracking on the wrong site the information was good,
The link to Trustpilot also took me to the US version.
If they sorted the links out I would give them 4.5 out of 5. Lost half for colour.

Delivery is NOT 4-8 days to the UK! It might as well have come on the slow boat from China!
Order said it had shipped within a few days, followed the tracking then the tracking stopped working. Contacted Foldie - "it's on its way". Waited and waited, no tracking updates. It was with the 'airline' for over a week - was it flying via Mars, or maybe Saturn? After chasing several times was told it had been delivered? It hadn't been delivered to the address given as there was somebody in the house all day the day they said it had been delivered! Oh, and the tracking still said it was in transit?
Eventually, an honest neighbour came round with it - it had been delivered to totally the wrong address several houses away!
The tracking didn't update to say 'delivered' for days!
The bag was a gift, and was now a late gift :(
And just to rub salt into the wounds, the website had started running a buy-one-get-one-free offer whilst all this was going on. So had I have ordered the rucksack a few days later I could have ordered a BOGOF and had the second one for myself! And if delivery was when they said it was going to be, they would have still arrived before the one I ordered with no offer! Unbelievable. Emailed Foldie to complain about my experience and point out the BOGOF offer just made the whole experience feel even worse - still haven't had a response over 3 weeks later, and I won't hold my breath that I do!
Wouldn't trust using Foldie again I'm afraid, I just have no confidence that I'd receive the product or receive a refund if it didn't arrive. And looking at other reviews, I think mine was one of the better experiences!

returns are tricky
The strap tab broke after one use.
The return process "must be initiated within 60 days of receipt" and "The Foldie only accepts returns of product purchased from the official website www(dot)the(dash)foldie(dot)com." In addition, "To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags attached." The bag I bought wasn't cheap and is now only usable if I carry it with the small handles or on top of my luggage (which I rarely travel with).

Defective Product & Poor Customer Services
I was initially very pleased with my crossbody bag but after a couple of months of use the strap started to detach from the main body of the bag. I contacted the company on 30/8/25 and had a prompt response asking for photos if the issue, which I sent immediately. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing so emailed again and resent the photos. A further month on I have still heard nothing.

Red dirt roads South Africe
A year ago this past summer, my husband and I were traveling in South Africa with some friends who had rented this huge Toyota van with a back door that was hinged at the top so it opened straight up.
I was sitting in the front (motion sickness) and my friend in the back seat kept saying "something doesn't sound right back here". Her husband, who was driving finally stopped the car and when we got out to check, the back door was straight up in the air...my suitcase, my Foldie, and my husband's CPAP had fallen out. We all got back in the van, pulled a fast U-turn (we were on a red dirt road!) and sped back the way we came. FIVE miles later, there's my suitcase and Foldie in the middle of the road. (A mile up the road was my husband's CPAP.) To say I was nervous would be an understatement...my Foldie had my wallet, passport, credit cards, etc....and I was already thinking about where the nearest US Embassy/Consulate would be in case I needed assistance. The Foldie was no worse for the wear (to include my laptop at the bottom of it!), although I couldn't say that about the carry on suitcase which was pretty banged up. Needless to say, now that I have the sling bag, I will always have my important items WITH/ON me!

Well this is a first for me
Well this is a first for me. Tried to find out where my order was and they say basically my order number isn’t right. Send order number details and they’ll investigate. So I have sent original email they sent me with order number on it. After reading so many of you having similar problem I’m really kicking myself for not checking trust pilot before ordering. Seems Ive been hoodwinked. Oh yes and not received a tracking number which is other reason I contacted “Foldie”. I’m not waiting to see outcome. I’m sorry but you’re not at all professional “Foldie”!

A MUST HAVE!! company and their products are…
This company and their products are fantastic!! I want to buy more in other colors but I already have 3, including one bundle. The makeup bag that comes with the bundle is great! Unzip the bottom and it stores all
your makeup brushes nicely. The bag is deep with a wide bottom for finding things easily. I just returned from Europe for 2.5 weeks and I took 2 totes and the makeup bag and they were perfect for my trip! My sister bought 2 bags after seeing mine and how much the totes can hold. They fit under the seat on any plane. The totes have several different pockets, even one for wet items, and also has 2 water bottle holders on the sides. These bags were so well thought out when designed! I couldn’t be happier! The company is also fantastic in quickly sending them out and answering and questions you might have. Love love!!💕

Thought this was a UK company, onky aware that shipped direct from China when delivery took ages. Not able to track delivery as link didn't work. Customer services were quick to respond. Cross body bag not as roomy as advert stated and when worn items can easily fall out when fully opened. Even on a BOGOF offer not worth it.
