The man (I think his name was Christian) who answered my call was very polite. Understood what I wanted and as it was taking a while to sort he told me hang up and he would ring back. He did this shortly afterwards and explained what was happening and when my phone would swap over to BeFibre. This happened within a couple of hours. Great service. Would highly recommend BeFibre for service and people answering phones.

Great company. The switch was simple to do. Engineer turned up on time. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Got the router up and working within an hour. Then I went on my devices to update and this went through straight away. I had to ring BeFibre about my telephone connection and spoke to Vicky. She was very helpful and friendly. She soon sorted out what my problem was and gave me the advice I needed. Would highly recommend BeFibre.

Ordered from M and S on 6th November. Hermes picked parcel up at 10.51 on 7th November. Never delivered parcel. Had to get a replacement from company. Hermes never even contacted me to explain.
