I generally do not write reviews, but my recent experience with Foldie warrants a huge “Thank you”. But first let me tell you the back story. I received a Foldie as a gift, actually I was given two (2) Foldie Travel bags. Sadly, one of the bags had a stuck zipper that would not budge, which did not allow me to expand the bottom of the bag. Months after receiving them I decided to reach out to customer service with the resolution that nothing would come of it, but would try anyway. I emailed customer service and was contacted by Jovana. I didn’t have an order number, but provided an email and Name of the purchaser. Long story short, Jovana replaced my bag and gave me a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jovana and Foldie for your outstanding customer service and your undivided attention to my concern. I love my Foldie Travel bags and so do my daughters. I will definitely be purchasing bags for them as a gift, ao they stop taking mine.
