Delivery is NOT 4-8 days to the UK! It might as well have come on the slow boat from China!
Order said it had shipped within a few days, followed the tracking then the tracking stopped working. Contacted Foldie - "it's on its way". Waited and waited, no tracking updates. It was with the 'airline' for over a week - was it flying via Mars, or maybe Saturn? After chasing several times was told it had been delivered? It hadn't been delivered to the address given as there was somebody in the house all day the day they said it had been delivered! Oh, and the tracking still said it was in transit?
Eventually, an honest neighbour came round with it - it had been delivered to totally the wrong address several houses away!
The tracking didn't update to say 'delivered' for days!
The bag was a gift, and was now a late gift :(
And just to rub salt into the wounds, the website had started running a buy-one-get-one-free offer whilst all this was going on. So had I have ordered the rucksack a few days later I could have ordered a BOGOF and had the second one for myself! And if delivery was when they said it was going to be, they would have still arrived before the one I ordered with no offer! Unbelievable. Emailed Foldie to complain about my experience and point out the BOGOF offer just made the whole experience feel even worse - still haven't had a response over 3 weeks later, and I won't hold my breath that I do!
Wouldn't trust using Foldie again I'm afraid, I just have no confidence that I'd receive the product or receive a refund if it didn't arrive. And looking at other reviews, I think mine was one of the better experiences!
