Really fabulous customer service from…

Really fabulous customer service from Foldie today ( and it’s the weekend too!)
So unusual to receive such prompt & polite service from any company these days ! Great products too !
I really love my new Foldie travel bumbag it is the perfect size to fit everything I need when out and about and reassuring to know my belongings are safe too. Would highly recommend the bags & the company 👏👍🌸

For ages our water had tasted nasty

For ages our water had tasted nasty; I could often even smell the chlorine in it ! Not any more!
I'm so happy & delighted to now enjoy clear and beautifully tasting, non smelling water. And it is very reassuring to know that I am not drinking unwanted micro plastics too! Thank you - I'm a very happy customer :-)

My experience with Sytner Nottingham Mini was excellent. Very friendly staff who were professional and knowledgable, all my questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. I would return and I would recommend them. Also love my new car !

Our experience with Darlings of Chelsea…

Our experience with Darlings of Chelsea was not great ! Having paid 100% up front, we then heard nothing from them for months. I knew the sofa bed was being made to order and that it was estimated to take 8 - 10 weeks but I didn't have a single up-date from them although this had been promised. At around the 8 week point I called for information. The customer service I experienced was not great, over the ensuing weeks I called them 3 or 4 times, each time I was told, ' I'm busy at the moment, I'll call you back' then no return call came .... When the sofa finally turned up, it arrived in a beaten up, old white van and the delivery guys did not wear face masks. The sofa feet were missing, as were the arm caps which had both been paid for at point of original order. Some weeks later and several calls from me later, the arm caps arrived, another few calls from me, and finally the feet turned up too. Which we fitted ourselves as I couldn't be bothered to deal with Darlings any longer! The sofabed does look nice BUT is hugely uncomfortable as a sofa, very hard to sit on. But it is good as a bed .... luckily it's not a sofa we need to sit on that often.
This whole process took around 5 months from start to finish - I would not buy from them again.

New processes have been put in place to improve on this going forward. We apologise for the delays to your order, we have experienced many delays during the last year mainly due to unforeseen supply issues impacted by the pandemic. In investigating your order the factory inform us that they made a decision to ship your sofa-bed without the feet and arm caps to avoid further delays, however, this only exacerbated your frustration levels for which we are sorry. We can see that the feet were finally delivered to you on Saturday 21st November 2020 resolving all outstanding issues. We have spoken to all delivery teams and reiterated the importance of following laid down Covid Secure Protocols. Once again we would like to apologise for the experience you have had with us and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
