Great customer service from Foldie and with very quick responses to emails too. I received a discount code via email offering a 10% discount but it didn't work - it was only for orders in the USA or Canada and I am in the uk. However, I went ahead with an order for Sling bags (buy one get one free anyway) but emailed them to say I was disappointed that I couldn't use the discount. They replied the next day with another voucher, but it was too late as the order had already been placed, which I explained to them. Just a short while later they let me know they had refunded 10% of the order purchase price. Thank you Foldie! The bags have now arrived , and I am very pleased with them.

After discussing our plans with Dan for a trip to Australia, including our desire to stop in Singapore for a couple of days, he put together an initial package for us to review. Both the itinerary and price were excellent and after a couple of tweaks relating to international flights (we changed our minds about organising them ourselves), we booked. The itinerary is everything we wanted and more. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. A great first experience with Trailfinders.

Absolutely appalling customer service from John Lewis! I placed an order yesterday for next day delivery to be collected from my local Londis store. John Lewis used Yodel as the courier - given that they have a very poor record I have to wonder why John Lewis use them. Midday today, I received 2 bar codes via text from Yodel saying my parcels were ready to be collected but, despite the fact that I had my ID as well as the bar codes and the fact the parcels were in my name, Londis would not give me the parcels. They advised that the bar codes I was sent do not match what is on the parcels. I called John Lewis who followed it up and told me their delivery team said there was a problem but I would get another message, which would resolve it. Hours later, still nothing, and Londis still cannot give me my parcels. I rang John Lewis Customer service again and I am so angry now. Apparently the system shows I have collected the parcels, which I have not, but all John Lewis will say is they have 'raised a case' and I have to wait to be contacted, which could be 5
days - I do not have 5 days to wait - that's why I elected to have next day collection! John Lewis clearly couldn't care less. Far better customer service recently from Dunelm and Amazon.

My husband and I visited White Stores in Windlesham recently. We were very impressed with the showroom and the quality/ range of furniture available. We were assisted by Chris, who was supremely helpful and patient whilst answering our many questions. He gave us all the info we needed to allow us to go home and weigh up the best option for us. I returned the following week to place an order and this time was assisted by Carla. She too was happy to answer more questions and was extremely helpful in giving me ideas for 'dressing' the furniture. Both Chris and Carla were so knowledgeable and very professional. Fabulous customer service!
