I was initially very pleased with my crossbody bag but after a couple of months of use the strap started to detach from the main body of the bag. I contacted the company on 30/8/25 and had a prompt response asking for photos if the issue, which I sent immediately. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing so emailed again and resent the photos. A further month on I have still heard nothing.

I messed up my first order by mistakenly typing my email address, which meant I didnt get any confirmation of my order. I started worrying when the money came out my bank account but my Medic8 account was not showing any orders! I used the chat facility in the middle of the night and Victoria got back to me first thing in the morning and sorted everything out within an hour. My products arrived the following day. I haven't tested them yet but I cant speak highly enough of the customer service. Excellent ! Thank you so much.

I don't like the recent changes to app. Booking a return is just not intuitive. I tried about 3 times to put in my trip requirements and ended up seeking help. The old system was much simpler.

I ordered 3 hampers for Christmas
presents. Most importantly the hampers and their contents have been much appreciated by their recipients- they're great! However the website site and delivery need some tweeks. The default setting is to have delivery to the same address as the payee...surely most people are sending hampers to someone else? It's also very easy to miss this so for the 2nd time, I ended up having the hamper sent to myself and had to email to have this changed. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently but did cause me some panic and stress.
Secondly, I selected specific delivery dates for my hampers but, these were ignored and my hampers were delivered within a few days of ordering. Finally, DHL emailed me to say they had been delivered a day before they actually were and had been accepted by the recipient when one had been left on the doorstep.

I've had no effect at all from using these patches. Still struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I ordered the compartmented storage units for jeans. However they are so small even my size 8 skinny jeans wont fit in there. I will be using them for my pants! The picture and video on the website misrepresent the size of the piece. Ordered on 8th Nov received on 18th so not the speedy delivery advertised either. I won't be using this site again!

I have bought a really lovely jumper at a great price and am looking forward to selling some my own unworn clothes. I love the idea that so much clothes waste is saved by buying and selling in this way.

Been buying these toilet rolls for a couple of years and have been delighted with them, however my most recent batch are considerably slimmer rolls than the previous ones due to the paper being 2 ply rather than 3 ply This is a shame as it was the thickness that made me choose this brand over other eco competitors. I haven't used any of the rolls yet but may be reviewing my purchase for next time if they do not provide the same experience as the previous batch.

Great cloths, quick efficient service

Easy purchasing experience and the coat arrived very quickly. It was lovely but a bit too big so I returned it. The only hassle was I had to print the returns label and I don't have a printer so had to make a trip to the library. Other than that, the return was easy. Kept the replacement which I love (reviewed separately).

Booked a hotel on Orkney with Secret Escapes and 4 days later we received an email saying that the hotelier had cancelled our booking. By this time we had booked flights to fit in with this reservation. Having great difficulty finding anything else suitable for our dates. Not good enough. Feel some compensation is in order.

I love the long raincoat. It is a gorgeous colour, protects well from the rain and the styling is great. Only a couple of niggles. Firstly it came out the packaging really crushed and this gave a false impression of scruffiness when it first went on. Even now after a couple of outings when it got wet ,all the creases are not yet out. Secondly the zip is a pain in the neck! It doesn't grip easily and I have to fiddle with it for ages before I get it working properly. My friend who has the same coat has similar issues and it was also the same with the coat I'd previously tried in a larger size. Both of these things being said, I wouldn't swap it and think the coat both looks stylish and gives great rain protection.

The hamper arrived on the specified day and the contents were appreciated by the recipient. The seagrass basket was lovely. No complaints. Will use again.
