Not only is the product exactly as described, 😀 the support service is good too. My parcel was lost by the courier so Foldie refunded my parking expenses while chasing this. It eventually arrived safe and sound and I have enjoyed using it in Sicily. As promised, it safely holds my phone, my small metal water bottle, cards, cash, lip salve, tube of Sun cream, tissues.. 😎
