Well this is a first for me

Well this is a first for me. Tried to find out where my order was and they say basically my order number isn’t right. Send order number details and they’ll investigate. So I have sent original email they sent me with order number on it. After reading so many of you having similar problem I’m really kicking myself for not checking trust pilot before ordering. Seems Ive been hoodwinked. Oh yes and not received a tracking number which is other reason I contacted “Foldie”. I’m not waiting to see outcome. I’m sorry but you’re not at all professional “Foldie”!

Can see clearly I’m not the only one…

Can see clearly I’m not the only one having issues with blue light discounts.Applied with all necessary documents. Paid my money, emailed with an issue heard nothing. Not even if I’ve been accepted or not.
Understand if high demand is the issue but an automated email and then nothing cannot just be a demand thing. Sorting a persons issue surely isn’t going to take that much time. I was told by a friend that your process was quick and painless. I must be one of the unlucky ones, cause you certainly not quick and it’s very painful. Please reply to my email.

shocking behaviour by your organisation…

Well I’ve read a lot of reviews about RSPCA after having my own experience with them after twice reporting an act of Neglect/ cruelty which in my mind go hand in hand. They don’t even take any notice of someone experienced in horsemanship so good help anyone who isn’t. By they always have an answer for their lack of action.
Wake up RSPCA! Instead of always referring people to your complaints section how about getting to the route of why people feel you’re not fit for purpose. It’s a devil when even your past staff leave cause your systems are shocking, I was shocked at your reaction, then to add fuel to the fire you ask me to monitor the situation and get back to you if it worsened, reluctantly I did and you still won’t do anything. It’s also a devil that you don’t know how many people you actually employ, different figures every time. Then I read the reviews on here and elsewhere and realised I never will get a result. And now I don’t know where to turn!

Hi Deborah,

I'm sorry you feel that way, and that we haven't been able to help in the instances you're aware of. Unfortunately we are incredibly limited in terms of resources - we only have 270 inspectors and 100 animal rescue officers covering the entire of England and Wales, and we simply can't help every single animal when there's a call coming in every 30 seconds to our cruelty line.

We do try our very best, and it breaks our hearts to know that we can't be everywhere we need to be, all of the time :(

purchased Barbour “Corbridge” men’s Jacket

Took precaution of emailing to check they had what I wanted. Quick reply and offer to hold item for me if I was intending to purchase now, which I think was very fair.
Within minutes of ordering I recurved not just the obligatory email to say my order had been processed but an email to say it would be on its way. Arrived following morning. Brilliant service and very pleased with the Barbour Jacket I got for my husband.

Brilliant in a word

Brilliant in a word. Books were in amazing condition, so quick to arrive, I was mightily impressed. Will be my first port of call for books of every description. Communication excellent. What a find.
