Would have given 5* but there was a 2 week delay/communication problems. I didn't receive a email confirming my order. However, once this was sorted, the bag arrived very promptly and I am delighted with it. I bought it for my city break away and it will be perfect for popping a few things in for daily trips. The bag is very lightweight so won't be a strain on my neck or shoulder.
Yodel took over a week to deliver my parcel. They said they had delivered it but the store said he was 6 parcels short in this consignment, mine being one of them. Yodel aren't cheap and I would expect to be compensated.

I have always bought Vionic shoes as they suit my feet and condition, last two times I have bought from them have been fraught with very poor customer service. My calls go unanswered and my emails are ignored. Eventually after me having no option than to go to the small claims court, my email was answered and dealt with very effectively, but it shouldn’t have to come to this. Vionic have very sadly now lost my valued custom due to such shambolic customer service.

Vionic are normally excellent, however their customer service at present is awful. They don’t answer the phones and don’t respond to emails. I would be very cautious about using them again. Still waiting for my parcel to arrive 😡

I vowed I’d never do an online shop with Sainsbury’s again as they mucked up twice before but I was desperate and thought that surely they couldn’t get it wrong again? They did! Whoever picked my shopping was either a newbie or just couldn’t be bothered. 6 items had to be refunded and 1 frozen item, although charged for, didn’t make it into order. Won’t be using Sainsbury’s online for groceries again. I’ve learnt my lesson.
I share the same comments as those before me. This is a really shoddy company. They promise loads but deliver none. They ignore my phone calls and my emails. I am now left with a faulty replacement Rowenta steam generator iron (after they couldn't fix my Tefal steam generator) and am out of pocket as I now have to purchase another iron - although this time I will purchase from a 'proper' company - BE AWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We went into the Rayleigh Store and were served by Gemma. She was very knowledgeable and without being pushy, she guided us to the type of chairs that she felt would be best for us with our bad backs. There was no pushy sales jargon, just honest and extremely helpful advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gemma to anyone who is thinking of buying solid, comfortable chairs - they're not the 'modern' look that I would have loved, but they are without a doubt the most comfortable I have ever sat in!
Lovely canvas, however they didn't follow my instructions. I wrote to them advising of their error but they have never come back to me with a response. Bit disappointed as I normally find photobox a great company to use.
I would strongly advise customers to think seriously before using this company. Their prices are good but I had a problem with my acrylic print and their customer service to put things right caused me quite a bit of angst.
