Customer service
I only just ordered the purses but the customer Service have proven to be excellant!! I some how accidently ordered 2 of the same colors & wanted different colors. I wrote to the customer Service dept & heard from them shortly later that they took care of the issue & changed the order to the 2 colors I wanted. Im excited to get the purses.
