So far, so good!
Although I haven't yet experienced the product - a super light-weight and fast drying hair dryer - my communications with Taylor Porta and others (Marie Cowell, Erica Brennan & Claire Numoya) regarding the product have all been very helpful. Am eagerly awaiting stock of the hair dryer with an Australian plug but so far, the company's attention to detail and willingness to offer support is impressive.

Excellent customer service
I have not yet received the product, but I needed assistance when I couldn’t find an order confirmation. I contacted customer service, and even though I didn’t have a confirmation number, Erica responded VERY quickly and explained the issue. … and it was my fault for sure! I had used an email address that I rarely use, so I had not checked in that account for any information!
I’m happy to say the issue was resolved (there really wasn’t an issue!!) and I can now relax and wait for my product.

Return Policy not true…
I ordered a brush after constant adverts telling me these were better than the cheaper ones on the market. I'd had one from amazon which was amazing but started to smoke so sent it back. No issues and was refunded.
Assumed this would work in the same way. Completely wrong, didn't straighten my hair at all in fact barely got hot. Emailed customer service as thought could be faulty 6 days after receipt to ask for a replacement and return the faulty one. Was told could only return to China at my expense for a refund.
Backwards and forwards with emails pointing out faulty goods are free to return under consumer rights law but was ignored. Ended up receiving a75% refund without return and have thrown brush away. Expensive mistake, poor customer service, refund policy does not apply, don't follow the law regarding refunds for faulty goods.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Confiscated at airport
I bought my brush mainly for travelling so was very disappointed when it was confiscated at the airport ( not uk ) on my very first trip.

Faulty product and poor customer service
I purchased a heating brush and used it maybe four times, before it stopped heating up. Due to it being over the 30 day period, Numoya would not help me at all. I asked for a replacement but they refused. They did not even give me the opportunity to send it back to them for investigation. DO NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Beware beware - Do not buy this product it is a total waste of your money doesn’t do anything that a normal hairbrush can’t do no smoothing & no straightening, most definitely doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

Do not buy anything from this company. The plugs are not for UK use. I sent my magic brush back in June to a Wang Maoqin in China, postage recorded £26.25 and have not heard a dickie bird! Taylor from customer support was contacted on 13th August with all posted documentaion and I have not heard anything since !

Ordered brush on Sept 11
Ordered brush on Sept 11, 2025. When tracking the shipment it bounced around to numerous facilities until finally USPS stated the package would not be delivered due to "counterfeit postage". Numoya had already billed my credit card. I have paid for a product that apparently I will never receive! I have not been able to contact Numoya.
Edited 10-15-25; shortly after posting this I received an email from Numoya offering to ship another brush or refund the full amount to my card. I asked for the refund.

I REALLY wanted to love this product
I REALLY wanted to love this product. I truly did, but I suggest you don't waste your money. I purchased this directly from the Numoya website.
First, shipping took 2.5 weeks. It almost didn't arrive in time for my travels, which was the whole point of purchasing this item.
Next, using the product - its mediocre at best. The charge does not last very long, and just works ok. I have short and fine hair that is super easy to style, so I truly expected more out of this. I tried several different techniques, none that worked very well.
When I contacted Numoya regarding a return, they responded with answers to EVERYTHING but how to return the product. (do they think I'm stupid and won't notice you didn't answer the question? I find that personally insulting). Upon second contact, I was informed it has to be returned to China. In current day, I expect easier shipping from sellers. Ultimately, we reached a mutually agreed resolution, however the whole process was painful. No one needs more pain in their lives.

I bought the GoBrush Max. It arrived two days ago. I have charged it today and tried to use it. It was an absolute waste of time. I go online to return it (as it is within 30 days) only to find that I can’t as it was not on sale for full price. Appalling customer service for an overrated product.

I ordered the product impulsively for a trip I was taking. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on time and based on past internet orders, I thought it would never show up and I would be out of luck. Instead, I received an email apologizing and offering a refund. I responded and within 24 hours received the refund. Great customer service!! The best in a very long time! I will definitely order from Numoya again and think Maria should get a promotion!!
