I’ve had my Foldie bag for ages

I’ve had my Foldie bag for ages, and it’s honestly one of the best travel buys I’ve ever made! It came with packing cubes, a toiletries bag, and a clear bag for liquids — such a clever set.

The main bag is super roomy, full of handy pockets, and perfect as a small carry-on for the plane. It also slips neatly over a larger suitcase handle, and you can fold it down to pack away — ideal for bringing out on the way home if you’ve picked up a few extra bits on holiday!

The toiletry bag is so well designed, with a separate pocket for makeup brushes and eyeliners, and it fits all your smaller essentials perfectly.

The packing cubes are a total game-changer — I hate unpacking everything on holiday, so these kept my things organised and made packing up so much quicker. And the clear liquid bag? A lifesaver at the airport — no more faffing around with those flimsy airport ones!

Still waiting 3 months for refund

Still waiting 3 months for refund – avoid buying from third-party sellers on B&Q

I returned a product over 3 months ago (purchased through B&Q’s website from a third-party supplier). I was given a return reference and told I would get my refund within 14 days. Despite chasing on the phone multiple times, I am still waiting.

B&Q keep passing me back and forth to the supplier, who either do not answer or make empty promises. This is unacceptable — my contract was with B&Q, and under UK consumer law they are responsible for issuing refunds.

Very disappointing service. I will not be ordering from B&Q online again and would strongly warn others to be cautious when buying products supplied by third parties.
