The bags are great, as described except the colour isn’t as vibrant.
The order tracking is poor. The email I received with a big Track my order button took me to the .com site when I had ordered on .co.uk. Not surprisingly it couldn’t find my order. Thought it could be a scam so contacted customer service. Their reply was not from a company email; it was helpful.
When I realised I was tracking on the wrong site the information was good,
The link to Trustpilot also took me to the US version.
If they sorted the links out I would give them 4.5 out of 5. Lost half for colour.

Questions answered with confidence and following quote was good. Bought easily even with medical questions.

Lots of pluses - hotel not too busy, all inclusive but food was good and drinks easily available. Location of hotel also good as it was an easy walk to Flamingo beach with a couple of supermarkets and taverns.
The hotel was a 3 star, and could do with some updating. There were no comfortable seats, all plastic.staff were great.

In general ordering and delivery are fine. I have ordered a Systane night product three times and been sent a Systane suitable for both day and night each time. Emailed customer services to correct the website with no change. Finally went into a store to be told the one I want is only available through the pharmacy. I have ordered pharmacy products online before so dont understand why this situation is allowed to continue. It makes me doubt Boots.

Overall, lovely holiday.
Booking luggage on way out is far better than old queues and a lot more reps. Had to get on a bus to the plane, but flight out and arrival fine. Hotel as expected and beautiful.
Booking in coming back also improved and much faster.
Sadly, getting to plane for flight back was awful, not Jet2’s fault, but getting a message after we were on the plane was useless. It just took a person to talk to the people waiting on a staircase for about 25 minutes.
I would book with Jet2 again as you are usually well organised and we get what is promised.

I ordered from The Range on November 24th, but it was a Marketplace product.
The goods arrived with missing items. Trying to contact the Range was next to impossible then they wanted images of the problem. I first contacted them on November 27th when the item arrived.
They gave me another firm to contact on December 3rd.
Then I had to return the item to the actual seller, which I did on December 4th. They told me on December 20th that my refund was processed and should show in my account in 3-4 working days.
Today, December 30th, The Range have emailed to say my refund has been processed and could take 10 days to reach my account.
Never buying there again.

Could have done with more time to get to the gate on departure as it was a very long way away. Flight was good. Hotel didn’t give us the correct room and took a full day to correct, but they did move us. Hotel was good, and we enjoyed the holiday. Will continue to book with Jet2.

I called Staysure as we had a multi trip policy and needed to check on a new trip just after this finished. The lady was having trouble with the phone line and said she would call back. I waited 2 days, then bought a single trip policy on the website. Buying this was easy but not sure I will use again if the missing call is an example of customer service.

Jigsaws arrived well packaged and when expected. Delivery information was available.
Website was easy to use, but I was searching for specific puzzles.

Good selection of cards and personalisation was easy. I missed one and there was a message taking me to the right place. Somehow I reached the preview and couldn’t find a way to add to basket for several visits, but ok in the end.

Finding and booking the holiday was easy. There was good information about all hotels I looked at.
Flight out was delayed and we stood waiting almost at the door with no explanation. That was the only hiccup.
The hotel was as wonderful as we thought, and we enjoyed it as expected.

As I didn’t like the products I sent back , which was easy, and I had an email to confirm the refund. Only 4 stars as I was disappointed by the quality of the product.
