The strap tab broke after one use.
The return process "must be initiated within 60 days of receipt" and "The Foldie only accepts returns of product purchased from the official website www(dot)the(dash)foldie(dot)com." In addition, "To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags attached." The bag I bought wasn't cheap and is now only usable if I carry it with the small handles or on top of my luggage (which I rarely travel with).

Received no product until PayPal got involved and then only received half the order with no recourse through PayPal because the company said the order was sent. The advertising is also very misleading. But that's on me for not reading the fine print. No response from the company email or FB page. Wanted to leave a review on the website to warn others, but only 'verified' purchases can leave a review. SCAM.

Used PayPal to purchase in mid-April. Mid-May still nothing and website sometime available and sometimes not. Requested a refund through PayPal and company finally shipped partial order. Still waiting for the rest of the order. Avoid!

Loved my experience. The techs were knowledgeable and fast. Definitely recommend.
