You can NOT pack as much as is seen in the video clips and any attempt to is laughable.
I am 5 days in to a 12 day Euro Trip and the main zipper has broken off. I will have to either buy a new bag or try to fix it.
Buyer be mindful.
I am attempting to return bag. I have sent emails and no response. The bag did not arrive in time for my trip and I no longer need it. Impossible to contact this company!!!
This product did not live up to what I thought. I took one weekend trip and the zipper broke just in one trip. You can’t imagine packing for 10 days like the video suggests. Very disappointing.
Love the concept of the bag, but was not able to travel with bag as a carry on. It would not fit in bag requirement slot and was not even packed to full capacity. So, was forced to check bag. Bag even has a tear in seam from using bag roller. Happened during first use, so that is disappointing.
Your refund policy, to many hoops to jump through, had no idea the bag was going to be shipped from China, we are keeping the bag, not that it works as advertised. Shipping took way too long. Not happy at all.

I purchased the JenniBag suitcase and quickly realized it wasn’t going to work for me. I contacted the company to initiate a return in June of 2025, and was they responded saying they were starting the return process and asked me to send my order details so they could personally “make it right.” I’ve received zero follow-up, zero communication, and zero resolution.
At this point, it feels like I’ve been completely ignored and strung along. This level of customer service is not just disappointing — it’s downright unacceptable. If you claim to stand behind your products and promise to “make things right,” you should actually follow through. Instead, I’ve been left chasing a refund for weeks with no response.
The bag itself wasn’t the issue — but this experience has ensured I’ll never purchase from this company again. If you're thinking about buying from them, beware: once they have your money, you're on your own.
I absolutely love this bag! I traveled to Croatia with this bag for 10 days - I packed a ton of clothes and toiletries in it. The roller worked great and I would just collapse the handle and put the bag (with the roller still attached) overhead on the plane - super easy and convenient. Easy to stow away when I got to my destination.
First of all, the product (JenniBag) is of terrific quality and honestly, the price is pretty darn good, and it's beautiful! My daughter wanted the Teal color and it's perfect!
Secondly, I had emailed the staff at JenniBag to find out why my order was taking so long as my daughter was going on a trip on Oct. 8th. Jay, the cofounder of JenniBag, emailed me back himself and calmed all my fears of the product being lost or arriving late. Jay went out of his busy way to calm a nervous, crazy client and that speaks volumes to me!
Lastly, when the JenniBag finally arrived, let me copy the email that I sent Jay:
"I wanted to report that we just received my daughter's JenniBag and it is GORGEOUS!! My daughter has been "playing" with
it to see how it feels, it's weight, the shoulder harness, how it completely opens up to pack,and how it attaches to the roller portion (back & shoulder saver!). She is thrilled and very excited to use it next week! The rollers roll so easily and we love how the roller packs back up into the JenniBag itself. She's been jogging around the house with the bag loaded crossbody to see how it feels. Needless to say, my daughter absolutely LOVES IT!!!
Now to get rid of all the other archaic and clunky suitcases that are down in the basement and order more JenniBags!! LOL!

Ordered this roller bag but didn’t get here on time for my vacation. I did get the expedited delivery credit but upon return had a series of medical problems and wasn’t able to use the bag but once nearing the 60day limit. Regardless of NUMEROUS emails, never received an address to which to return the bag until I went tonUPS who provided address. Returned with tracking number but still no confirmation. Will go thru credit company instead due to lack of cooperation and ZILCH customer service.
It appears only INTERESTEDNIN SALES not returns.
Beautiful product! I only wish you had included the pictures of how to pack, etc. that you have in the advertisements. I can look those up but it would have been nice to have a paper copy. But I can't wait to use it!

I love how you can really pack a LOT of items in this bag! I was expecting the "garment" part of the bag to be a little longer to fit a dress, however, I was able to work it out with everything else I needed to pack! I'm extremely excited to not have to check a bag at the airport! Highly recommend!
There are many bags out there and I did look at them all. My friend ordered a similar one and was disappointed due to the smell when the box was opened.
When I ordered I didn’t know what to expect ordering from a Facebook ad does scare me I have been burned before.
I placed my order and immediately got a confirmation. 1st good sign. Then I waited about a week and the shipping information had not changed. Being skeptical I emailed customer service and within a very short time less than a day I received an answer and not an automatic reply a real person Liz! I was given exactly where my package was and what happened next. I waited another few days asked for an update I was told it was with my postal carrier. I was given the 800 number for my postal office. Liz did not have to provide me with that but she did. Liz asked I let her know when my bag arrived. I was going to call the post office the next day but it arrived that night!
I opened my bag absolutely loved the teal color. The material is durable with heavy duty zippers. To my surprise it also came with 3 organizer cubes and a waterproof bag. I immediately had to figure it out how it worked. I put some clothes in the bottom compartment that looks like a garment bag and zipped it up to figure out how much room I was really going to have.. well I had a lot amazes me why it took so long for someone to figure this concept out.
If I had to do it all over again I have no doubt that I would order another bag based on two factors
1. Quality
2. Customer service a real person!!

Terrible quality bag. Absolute junk material. Not an honest return policy. They don’t honor it. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a review of my return request.
Never buy from them!!! I had initially ordered 2 bags without rollers. It took weeks to get them in but when I finally got them, I realized they would be to heavy to lug around an airport so I requested a return. I took videos of the product and sent still photos as requested. At the same time, I ordered 2 roller bags. They were ordered about a month before needing them and they arrived AFTER I left for my trip. They are literally laying in my foyer in the boxes unopened. I have sent numerous emails with photos requesting a return and all I get are generated emails back. It's like they were holding off so that the return deadline expires. I have tried to call to no avail so I'm stuck emailing only to now be ignored by them. I have 2 plain bags and 2 roller bags I want to return and absolutely no one will help me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and have my money!!!!
This bag is amazing! The material is durable, it’s really well made, and the amount of stuff I can pack in here… unbelievable. We’re doing 3 weeks in Italy and only want to do carry-on luggage. During a test pack, I was assured this bag will be perfect for our “dress up” clothes, shoes, and toiletries… and still leave room for bringing home some goodies. Grazie mille Jennibag!
Ordered my bag and unfortunately there was a delay with delivery. I emailed customer support and they responded immediately and took extra care to ensure my bag arrived timely thereafter. I felt confident and relieved it was handled so professionally. I can’t wait to use!!
I love love love my jennibag, I have bragged about how much this bag holds and how neat everything is still in the bag is amazing that 2 of my friends went and bought their own. I will no longer check a bag again having my jennibag and a carry on. And on work trips no need to have both the jennibag will be my go to bag for now on!
