The product is very nice. The company makes a good brand

So delighted to receive my Foldie Crossbody Bag. I was beyond excited. I've used a bumbag for years but these bags are a modern take on that. It was well worth the wait. The quality of the material is beautiful. I paid more than I usually would for a bumbag but the offer of BOGOF was fab and well worth the money. I will try to restrict myself to 2 but the colours are fabulous. I just picked a dark grey and navy but so made up with them.

I generally do not write reviews, but my recent experience with Foldie warrants a huge “Thank you”. But first let me tell you the back story. I received a Foldie as a gift, actually I was given two (2) Foldie Travel bags. Sadly, one of the bags had a stuck zipper that would not budge, which did not allow me to expand the bottom of the bag. Months after receiving them I decided to reach out to customer service with the resolution that nothing would come of it, but would try anyway. I emailed customer service and was contacted by Jovana. I didn’t have an order number, but provided an email and Name of the purchaser. Long story short, Jovana replaced my bag and gave me a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jovana and Foldie for your outstanding customer service and your undivided attention to my concern. I love my Foldie Travel bags and so do my daughters. I will definitely be purchasing bags for them as a gift, ao they stop taking mine.

A bit of a scam company. They make you think they are in the UK. They are actually in China. I purchased the foldie bag for my upcoming trip. On the website it said it would be posted next working day. If it was in the UK that would be great. But I've now found they are in China. And there's a great possibility that my items will arrive after I leave. I have emailed them regarding this order. However, they can't seem to match my order number to an order. They've sent me a update of the tracking. But both the order number and tracking number does not work. So I've had to email them again. To see if they can give me an update. Definitely should be more open that if you order it comes from China. Particularly if you want the item(s) quickly like me

I had an issue with a travel bag I purchased for my daughter. I notified The Foldie customer care team and we discussed my options. I recently received a new travel bag to replace the previous one I bought. Foldie stands behind their products and treat their customers great. I’ve bought the travel bags and crossbody bags and given them to family and friends and they are always a big hit! Make Christmas shopping easy this year and give everyone a Foldie!!!

Delivery was a little slower than I had anticipated, and when I checked on progress I had a very quick and helpful response, plus a follow on message to check that I had received my Foldie :))

I’m all about great customer care. The team at Foldie are doing it right. I received my product quickly. When there was a problem with one of the products, they took it seriously, apologized and I had a replacement in days. They care about their brand - that is good for the customer.

Not only are the bags really useful, but the people at Foldie are exceptionally nice. I made a complete mistake about my order and they were endlessly patient and non-judgemental, they helped me sort it out with no fuss at all. I would recommend them in every way.

Would have given 5* but there was a 2 week delay/communication problems. I didn't receive a email confirming my order. However, once this was sorted, the bag arrived very promptly and I am delighted with it. I bought it for my city break away and it will be perfect for popping a few things in for daily trips. The bag is very lightweight so won't be a strain on my neck or shoulder.

Great range of products which help you travel smarter and revolutionise the way you travel. I’ve Jam packed my foldie on a coupe of trips and still find room for more! It’s like having a bottomless bag out of Mary Poppins! The Foldie was pushed to its limits on a 5 day trip to Holland but worked thanks to their clever packing cubes.
The back pack is useful for my weekly office commute with several useful pockets keeping items organised and within easy reach.
The cross body was used frequently on a recent med cruise keeping my valuables safe and secure from would be pick pockets.
If you don’t have at least one foldie item in your collection then you are missing out on the future of travel! Try it and be amazed!

My sister purchased the travel bag and side cross bag for my Europe trip. Travelling with 3 kids I needed a bag that could fit alot in. This ticks all the boxes, the bag fits alot in, is easy to carry and is a strong bag.
Would definitely recommend buying one for your next trip.

The construction of the bag is well thought of. It's perfect for travel and the right size. It's not bulky and looks great. I wish that I had known about it sooner. I would've saved hundreds of dollars. I actually saw a lady with one on the airplane from Costa Rica. I got close enough to read the brand. I loved that I got a FREE one with the purchace.

Love my new Foldie! So much room for all my clothes and yet so compact when traveling. Love that I can get a weeks worth of clothes in it too and still have extra room.

Would give 0 if possible. My order is yet to arrive and the tracking hasn't updated in a week. The customer support is all sunshine and rainbows with their copy and paste responses without about 50 emojis per paragraph. Extremely unprofessional when dealing with an annoyed customer. No ownership or plan of action. Literally just being told to sit and wait. No timeframes. No refund. No promise to re-send my order. Just awful really

On our trip to Europe for 2 weeks we had two foldies and a crossbody as our carry-ons. I was able to pack both of them with our essentials for the 12-hour trip over in the plane complete with headphones, cords, phone chargers, a blanket, snacks, contact lens stuff, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand lotion, all ofbour medications for the full two weeks, and anything else I could think of that I knew we couldn't do without if our luggage got lost. I also had my crossbody that I used the entire trip and everyone on the boat asked me about it. I was able to keep my sunglasses and reading glasses, our passports, our mone, our phones and our lip moisturizers and hand sanitizers in that little bag the entire time and I wore it every place every time I went out of the room!! I cannot imagine at this point not having those bags and will continue to use them every time we leave home! The first day back I went to take our dogs for a walk and realized I needed to carry my cell phone and my husband's and the house key as he was on an errand and had forgotten his cell phone. With two dogs it was sure nice having my crossbody to carry that stuff and not have to load it in my pockets! I highly highly recommend your product to anybody that's traveling any place at any time! I had a new jacket that was a paint splash pattern in Orange and blues so I have the orange Foldie and the orange crossbody and everybody commented on how put together I was. I was thrilled!!

Im writing a new review as things have changed since my last review.
My order for a Foldie bag was on the 23rd August. The first delivery didn't come to my address but this wasn't the fault of Foldie but the delivery agents. Once Foldie established that I hadn't receive the bags they said they would ship another parcel straightaway. I waited but nothing turned up so I entered into a conversation with a guy called Hamza who I'm pleased to say sorted everything out for me and the bags arrived yesterday. Im very happy with the quality of the bags and they are just what I expected. The long delivery time is the only reason I've given 4 stars. If the bags had arrived sooner I would have given the full 5. Id recommend the company to others though.

I saw The Foldie Crossbody on my Facebook page. I liked the concept as I was looking for a new, easy style everyday bag to keep my phone, keys etc. Especially as I’m often in Thailand with my wife where you don’t need a coat with pockets.
My Foldie Crossbody arrived within 11 days of ordering and I was able to track the whole ordering to delivery process.
I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The Foldie Crossbody looks exactly as advertised. It’s very good quality and is ideal for day trips for someone like myself who is a seasoned traveler. Perfect for keys, phone, money and cards. Even better that it is RFID secure.
Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, prompt and polite even though wasn't able to get a replacement. The product though is under par.
I liked the idea of this neat bag and bought 2 (there was an offer on!). I liked the waterproof internal pocket - that works well. However, The zip broke after 13 months , typically just outside the 12 month warranty. So the bag is in the bin. If this bag is designed for travel you really need a reliable zip, this was disappointing .Re design- When the bag is full you can't fit the water bottle into its pocket, so the pocket becomes useless. Also the water bottle pocket isn't deep enough and , when you can fit it in, it will fall out easily.
It really is a shame as the bag looks good (apart from the large Foldie label ,which you cant remove).
I had people ask me what I thought as they were thinking of getting one, so the marketing is clearly on point . Unfortunately the quality of zip and minor design glitches let it down in my view.
