I got one of their Reverse Osmosis…
I got one of their Reverse Osmosis systems through a re-seller. Paid to have it professionally installed by a plumber. It was faulty. No common sense from Vyair, including its Managing Director. Pushed me back to the reseller, and refused to even entertain the idea of refunding me for the installation costs. What a way to wind up your customers. No chance will I buy one of their products again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered a 25L BLUE DI vessel, I received a black vessel, baring in mind i paid more for the blue one. The box it came in was no longer a box so is not suitable for its contents. Customer service is appalling! Offering me 10% discount on my next order lol. What about sorting out this order never mind the next one, also what is 10% doing for me When there is already 10% discounts on the website. The pre-filled resin i ordered was grade 115 if they can’t get other things right how can i be sure they have done that right too! Paid for UPS delivery but DPD delivered it?
Customer service staff are useless! Had to create an account over the phone with them as apparently the one you create on the site doesn’t show up their end.
Constantly on hold, no manager available. Useless all round, should have ordered on amazon

No Communication, Slow Order Dispatch
No communication at all. no order confirmation, no account creation welcome, no dispatch notice. I assume they have an issue with their email system as even password reset emails were not being sent.
Despite website saying orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day, my Sunday order was not dispatched until I chased them via live chat on Wednesday. Very conveniently my order was just being processed..!

Fantastic service.
No communication on order or dispatch and half resin and fittings missing
No communication at time of ordering, nor when dispatched. Only half of the resin arrived and not enough fitings for both tanks. I called for assistance and was asked to send photos, which I have done.
Always reliably good products.
Where is the customer service?
I have thought about writing this review and wasn’t sure whether to or not as I didn’t just want to rant about my bad experience with Vyair. However on reflection I feel obliged to draw attention to said experience both for potential customers and the company itself.
A few weeks ago I ordered a vessel head for a DI vessel as the old one had split. After finding my previous order of the same item the call handler placed a repeat order for it.
However when it arrived it was not the same item as the outlets were smaller and therefore I was unable to use the existing fittings and no new fittings were supplied.
I contacted Vyair again and they sent out the fittings to me but to the wrong address (they used my old address even though the vessel head itself was sent to my new address)
When I called them about this again they very glibly agreed to send more fittings this time to the correct address and assured me they would arrive next day.
Well they didn’t arrive next day or the day after. I called Vyair again and the girl went to check with the warehouse and said she would call me back but never did.
In the end I got hold of the fittings sent to the incorrect address and when I finally got round to getting the vessel head working I found that it leaked badly. I’ve been a window cleaner for more than 20 years so this is definitely not user error.
I emailed Vyair a couple of days ago to request a refund for the item and I am yet to receive a reply.
After my experiences I will certainly not be using this company again and I will be advising others to avoid them.
