Jackie was the most wonderful travel agent. When we initially approached her we had no idea exactly what we wanted to get from our holiday, or even where we wanted to go, but through her depth of knowledge of Africa and her clear love for what it has to offer we quickly realised a horse riding safari in the Maasai Mara was just for us. Jackie came to our house to meet us and guide us through the process and these personal touches make such a difference. It took us a few months to finally make a plan but there was never any pressure from Jackie yet she was always there if we had any questions or to offer us some advice. The actual planning was so smooth and we were so well looked after from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Jackie and Shona Travel to anyone wishing to visit any part of Africa. I do hope we can work together again in the future.

Jackie arranged our recent trip to Zimbabwe, which surpassed all our expectations.
We had 5 nights across Zambezi Boutique Guest house, Victoria Falls Hotel, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and Hideaways Nantwich Lodge. Each offered slightly different things but all had great service and good value at its heart. But the main thing that made the holiday was the activities - a cruise on the Zambezi, a guided tour around Victoria Falls, the Bushtracks express (dinner aboard a train travelling from Victoria Falls over to the Zambian side of the actual falls), a day trip to Chobe (included a game drive and boat trip in Chobe national park in Botswana), Boma restaurant for an evening meal and entertainment and the game drive at Hideaways Nantwich Lodge. We enjoyed all these and were very fortunate with the animal sitings (Thanks to our guides from Bushtracks and Hideaways Nantwich Lodge).
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to experience the majesty of nature around Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park.

Jackie was brilliant and organised such a special honeymoon for us! From start to finish the trip was great, all the transfers worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to book our next trip!
