No communication at time of ordering, nor when dispatched. Only half of the resin arrived and not enough fitings for both tanks. I called for assistance and was asked to send photos, which I have done.

The guys at Mac access fitted the scaffolding for our Solar panels. The arrived-on time, were both good guys. Did the job efficiently and professionally. They had to install from our property and next doors and were careful not to damage anything and tidied up after themselves when they left.
Arrived when they said they were going to, polite efficient tidy and good guys, highly recommended!

I came to Infinity Energy Services after having a bad experience with another Solar company. The team at Infinity were polite a helpful on the phone. I talked through options with Andrew Knowler one of the Solar Technical designers on the phone who made a provisional recommendation after a virtual survey. He then personally visited our house and adjusted the recommendation in discussion with us to fit better. We then agreed a date for installation, they then called to agree a date for the scaffolding to go up and an update of when the team would arrive.
A communication highlight was an email from Christine Monet in accounts at 8.30 at night reassuring me that all was well as I kept missing her to pay the deposit.
The scaffolders were on time, polite efficient and careful of our property both during the install and the removal and nice guys. The team arrived to install on time two roofers and two electricians. All again nice guys, efficient, polite, the workmanship demonstrated they had a pride in their job. All paperwork came through as soon as I made the final payment.
A great process with professional customer focussed organisation with skilled tradesmen who know how to work with people.
Highly recommended.

It suggests in the website that you need to select next day delivery which you won’t be charged for, which I was. The cage was the wrong size and most of the sides have dents in.
When I asked if it could be changed for the correct size I revived a very short email with no introduction or name on it asking if I would accept the wrong size as they were very busy.
After 2 days I replied that I would and received no acknowledgment.
I know this it tough times for everyone but this is still poor customer service.
I would suggest shop elsewhere.

The reply on here show sadly a lack of customer focus or sympathy. Yes the cage we have is larger and more expensive than the one we ordered but after carefully reading the website we selected the one we wanted.
