Great glasses! Communication a bit sketchy with no email confirmation of order - just a load of spam. Glasses took about 2 and a half weeks to arrive.

Tracking was ok until the parcel went outside of the UK to France. The parcel
Was then passed over to La Poste with a separate tracking number which was not provided. I tried to contact DPD using WhatsApp, Appchat instant chat which were all bots with no ability to chat to a person. I eventually called but got put in a bot loop. The problem I had was that I had no postcode that the bot understood (as it was France) so couldn’t move further. I looked online and found a way to get through the bot loop and eventually got through to a very helpful assistant who gave me all the information I needed including the La poste tracking number.

Used Ultramax for years - lithium and lead/acid batteries have never let me down 👍🏻🙂

Purchased a Vango family shelter from Outdoor World. On first use the king pole bent in the wind. Contacted Vango who said wind damage is not covered by warranty. Only purchase this if you will be using indoors with the windows closed. Thankfully, the retailer - Outdoor World - supplied a new pole even though it was not their responsibility! Thank you Outdoor World.

Had a misfuel incident a couple of years ago and the embarrassing situation was dealt with quickly and without hassle 🙂

Price was competitive, service at garage was good. communication with black circles was not very good. Waited a week for a reply.

An excellent will providing platform which takes your information in a logical way and presents it in a well formatted legal document. Questions are asked at the end to see if you need any paid for services but these are unobtrusive and could be helpful to some. Thanks for an excellent service!

Its easy to use but for those of us on a budget it would be good to have a special offer section with reduced price films rather than having to trawl through all of the titles - unless I'm missing something.
