Never delivered!

Ordered 3-stage water filter replacement cartridges using their E-Bay site. Said delivery was scheduled 25 Feb to 1 March. Now 3rd March and nothing. Check tracking and order not sent yet. Tried to phone them, number listed is 'out of service'. Tried to go onto their website, which I had tried previously, and either a blank screen or a '404' error coming up. So no way to contact them. Have asked for a refund via E Bay, and ordered from another provider. Looking at other peoples reviews, it seems that customer service is non-existent. USELESS!

No goods and no refund

Ordered some di resin online. Vyair took my money and never sent an order acknowledgment. When I phoned them to find out why this was, they said they didn’t have stock. I therefore requested a refund and it’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t got my money back! They shouldn’t be advertising items they don’t have and certainly shouldn’t be holding onto funds that aren’t rightfully theirs. I won’t be using their services again and advise that other potential customers be wary about ordering items online as they may do the same to you!

Good things: sales support answered my questions and suggested approapriate solutions before I made my purchase which was very helpful. The filters arrived well packaged and are well made.

Poor things: it longer than expected to dispatch the filter - one week from order. Not the end of the world but not communicated clearly either so a little annoying.

Needed some spare release valves as mine were damaged after unpacking a long while after I bought the replacement canisters, so I contact vyair about Spares, they supplied a link, I ordered them job done, as simple as needed to be.

Ordered a water Purification system…

Ordered a water Purification system from this company got no news on delivery so had to call them to ask when I would expect my system they told me it would be delivered christmas eve so instead of visiting family I waited in all Christmas eve for no parcel to show up. Call them back after Christmas period and they tell me it will be delivered coming Friday again nothing shows up (this is now a month after ordering the system) I've asked to speak to management twice and get told they are busy and will call back still to this day no management has called me back. Finally!! It gets delivered and I set it up only for it to leak out of every brass fitting they installed!! As the fitting were not the right size for the female thread, currently I have spent the day buying the correct fittings and replace the shady work done by this company!

I would strongly recommend not buying with this company many better options out there.

Impossible to speak to technical support

If you have any issue, it is impossible to speak to technical support. They tell you to send an email and never get back to you.
I would not buy from here again.

The website provided the port…

The website provided the port specification as 1 inch BSP whereas the one delivered had 3/4 inch BSP. I ordered black, but they delivered blue. The delivery had zero documentation. It is a pressure vessel, I thought it was a legal requirement for it to have some type of identifier on it, but this was void of any markings or labels or even a CE mark.

As poor as it is possible to be to be honest.

(Thank you for responding. I’ve used adaptors to correct the port size, it’s easier to live with the wrong colour than to go through the hassle of returning it. But if you really are interested to know what went wrong the order number is 20501)

I contacted customer care to check I…

I contacted customer care to check I was buying the correct filter replacements for my Vyair RO machine. Apparently nobody who works there knows which replacement parts you need for their own machines. Now they are ghosting my emails - presumably out of embarrassment. Avoid if you want to speak to people who know about their own products.
