Really bad customer service
Initially the customer service was very helpful.
The whole experience was ruined though as soon as I wanted to order replacement filters to my reverse osmosis system.
Made the payment, waited weeks just to be eventually told that filters will arrive in a couple of months.
Things like this can happen, I get it but the guy was lying in the first place that I will receive my replacement filters in a few days.
Asked for a refund and now I am being ignored.
Overpriced delivery and no reply
Bought some resin from them and got automatically charged £7 for delivery. Which is a little expensive seeing as most couriers would have only charged around £3.50 to deliver it next day but hey... it is what it is. Next day delivery? Nope. I emailed them asking them to chase the courier and give me a refund (whilst claiming it back from the courier) Did I get a reply?? Nope. Not a sausage. Essentially I was stung £7 for a delivery service which could have been sent Royal Mail 2nd class for a fraction of that.

Packaging could have been better, such as a jar to hold the resin rather than a plastic bag.

Great support and service from this company. My only gripe is that the shipping is very expensive and takes far longer than other companies providing these products.

Poor service - slow delivery
Ordered on the Wednesday - called the following Tuesday, 1 Item not in stock although shows stock on website. Promised an alternative but they sent a different filter not really any use. Told it would be with me by Friday but they didn't ship until the Friday arrived Monday afternoon. Customer service is poor. Slow delivery. Not really what you expect these days. No call from them I had to chase to find out they didn't have stock. I then have to order missing filter from another supplier which arrived within 48 hours.

Expensive postage
Registered for the newsletter/first purchase and supposed to get 10% off, buy nothing came.
Had to go on chat with them to get a code. Postage is expensive at £8.99 (20% of the cost of my purchase), as its next day delivery but no option for cheaper postage. Product arrived next day, in a box, nothing else to say really. Not great customer service, but I promptly got what I ordered.
