May 26, 2025, I Purchased a $2,000 pool heater from them, that leaked and died a month after installing on July 11th. My HVAC installer (all he does is pool heaters for 40 years), said I should get my money back after this. He couldn't believe what happened so quickly! August 14th is when I submitted the claim in writing, with photos. It's been 2.5 months since filing the claim, submitting all appropriate photos, and all I get is the run around. 
Jay, who handles heaters is "always with a customer" when I call. I NEVER got any call backs, and when I DID finally "speak" to a man, he A., wouldn't give me his name, and B. Yelled at me nonstop not allowing me to get a word in. I finally hung up on his yelling since I couldn't get a word in. (*I found out today on Trust Pilot Jay does this to pretty much everyone!)
I specifically purchased the heater from this company based on their return policy being what it claims on their website. They have been nothing short of a nightmare, that I don't wish on any customer! They got their $2000. They don't need me for anything else now. 
I STRONGLY CAUTION SHOPPERS to read REVIEWS (*NOT* the ones on their website or sponsored). Read them first!

Very professional as the sales people did not pressure us into the sale. Very good presentation and extremely friendly. As for the crew, they were very professional and friendly. They made sure to answer all questions or concerns we had and made sure everything was completed and cleaned before leaving out property. I would highly recommend this company. Worth the piece of mind. 

There was a nice selection of frames from which to choose and it was extremely helpful to be able to try on the glasses virtually. Providing the prescription information was quick and easy. I appreciated the great customer service as I received my new glasses within a few days of placing my order

Everything worked out great except for I left clumps in it so I'm redoing it.Re order of epoxy from you yesterday. This time I'll make sure I get the black piece all mixed up and then pour it thank you
