Incompetent staff

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered a 25L BLUE DI vessel, I received a black vessel, baring in mind i paid more for the blue one. The box it came in was no longer a box so is not suitable for its contents. Customer service is appalling! Offering me 10% discount on my next order lol. What about sorting out this order never mind the next one, also what is 10% doing for me When there is already 10% discounts on the website. The pre-filled resin i ordered was grade 115 if they can’t get other things right how can i be sure they have done that right too! Paid for UPS delivery but DPD delivered it?

Customer service staff are useless! Had to create an account over the phone with them as apparently the one you create on the site doesn’t show up their end.

Constantly on hold, no manager available. Useless all round, should have ordered on amazon
