I got one of their Reverse Osmosis systems through a re-seller. Paid to have it professionally installed by a plumber. It was faulty. No common sense from Vyair, including its Managing Director. Pushed me back to the reseller, and refused to even entertain the idea of refunding me for the installation costs. What a way to wind up your customers. No chance will I buy one of their products again.

Thank you for your feedback, i would like to clarify that, as the item was purchased through a reseller, we are unable to directly offer refunds for items that weren’t purchased from us. Our standard process requires customers to liaise with the reseller for any warranty or refund claims, as they are the point of sale.
I understand this has been frustrating for you, and i sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
