No Communication, Slow Order Dispatch

No communication at all. no order confirmation, no account creation welcome, no dispatch notice. I assume they have an issue with their email system as even password reset emails were not being sent.

Despite website saying orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day, my Sunday order was not dispatched until I chased them via live chat on Wednesday. Very conveniently my order was just being processed..!

Excellent experience throughout, would definitely recommend

Competitive price and good part exchange value. Every part of the process was smooth and simple and communication was good. A much more pleasant experience than the typical pushy salesperson.

Collection was smooth, even with lockdown rules, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The ceremonial uncovering of the car was an unexpected touch, and stops you getting distracted while doing all the boring bits first!

I had an issue where the bonnet release cable came loose 2 weeks after I collected the car, but the 90 day warranty covered this and even allowed me to take the car to a main dealer for the work.

The only negative I have is that there was a lot of polish/wax residue left on the bodywork, it's a very minor thing but shows a slight lack of attention to detail that surprised me given the rest of the experience.
