Horrible customer service
Sells damaged goods, has no real interest in customer service. Gerald who replied to my email was quite rude. Offered me £20 refund to compensate for the damage, when my item was £700+, his response is definitely not justified. He even keeps claiming it isn’t damaged. So I guess it’s supposed to have deep scratches all over it? Probably a used & returned item.
Also had issues with delivery, turned up 6 days late.
He has now ignored me since i requested my money back!

I wasn’t referring to the black rub marks. I’m referring to the damage (scratches) that iv shown you on emails that you completely ignored on 2 occasions.
Also you can reply on here but you keep ignoring me when I request you send a courier to collect the item?
