Horrible customer service

Sells damaged goods, has no real interest in customer service. Gerald who replied to my email was quite rude. Offered me £20 refund to compensate for the damage, when my item was £700+, his response is definitely not justified. He even keeps claiming it isn’t damaged. So I guess it’s supposed to have deep scratches all over it? Probably a used & returned item.

Also had issues with delivery, turned up 6 days late.

He has now ignored me since i requested my money back!

I wasn’t referring to the black rub marks. I’m referring to the damage (scratches) that iv shown you on emails that you completely ignored on 2 occasions.

Also you can reply on here but you keep ignoring me when I request you send a courier to collect the item?

Hello Harry,

You had sent photos of the "damage", i advised you the black marks over the case of the machine was caused by the hose rubbing on it during transport. I advised this is cosmetic, and not damage that would cause any issue when using the machine.

I offered a £20 refund due to the cosmetic issue.

I can assure you that we do not send out returns or second hand machines. We sell a lot of Kranzle machines every week and it would not make sense to do this.

Worst courier out there

Worst courier there is! I hate it when merchants use this firm. They never deliver my parcels as they always claim address issues… this is not the case, its more of incompetent drivers & lack of any kind of communication.

Incompetent staff

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered a 25L BLUE DI vessel, I received a black vessel, baring in mind i paid more for the blue one. The box it came in was no longer a box so is not suitable for its contents. Customer service is appalling! Offering me 10% discount on my next order lol. What about sorting out this order never mind the next one, also what is 10% doing for me When there is already 10% discounts on the website. The pre-filled resin i ordered was grade 115 if they can’t get other things right how can i be sure they have done that right too! Paid for UPS delivery but DPD delivered it?

Customer service staff are useless! Had to create an account over the phone with them as apparently the one you create on the site doesn’t show up their end.

Constantly on hold, no manager available. Useless all round, should have ordered on amazon
