Never delivered!

Ordered 3-stage water filter replacement cartridges using their E-Bay site. Said delivery was scheduled 25 Feb to 1 March. Now 3rd March and nothing. Check tracking and order not sent yet. Tried to phone them, number listed is 'out of service'. Tried to go onto their website, which I had tried previously, and either a blank screen or a '404' error coming up. So no way to contact them. Have asked for a refund via E Bay, and ordered from another provider. Looking at other peoples reviews, it seems that customer service is non-existent. USELESS!

Easy to order

Easy to order. Next day delivery. Kept informed. Arrived as scheduled. Very polite drivers/installer. Quickly done my washing machine and took away all waste. No mess left. Very happy

We dealt with James at the Aylesbury office, who was excellent throughout our dealings with him. Very friendly, didn't hassle or pressure us. Polite and easy to deal with. Kept us informed and would be happy to deal with him and Chancellors again.

Quick efficient service, great customer service

Quick efficient service. Happy with product other than image I uploaded came out rather dark on the card - was not the image as used same image for other purposes and it was fine. Company contacted me immediately and offered to reprint with amendments at no extra charge. Very satisfied.

After investigating further, we can see from our records that the image you uploaded did have a grey background, but it still appeared very clear to print.

However we want you to be 100% happy with your order and therefore if you email cards@photoidcardpeople.com attaching a picture of the printed card you received and the original or new photograph we will happily re-upload your photograph, send you a proof to approve and then send a free of charge replacement card.

Happy with service and would recommend

Didn't have stock of the material for the wooden blind I ordered, but emailed me to ask if I wanted to wait for delivery (for which they gave a date), or order a different material. I waited and blind turned up in good time and fits perfectly. Would use again.

Ordered a Canon 100-400L mk.II lens on Monday, delivered on Thursday. Tracked the parcel via TNT all the way. Great service and the best price I could find anywhere. Would definitely use again.
