Do not sign up with this company, you have been warned

Do not sign up with this company. I had a change of tenancy as I moved to being a limited company, they dragged their feet and took 45 days to sort it, all my other utilities did it within 3-5 days. they then billed me incorrectly, and when asked to rebill, they were unhelpful and kept asking for documents that were already sent. Whilst waiting for correct bills, they added late penalty fees, and then threatened court action and sent in engineers who act like bailiffs threatening and intimidating my staff, with threats of cutting off our supply, we are a healthcare facility!!! When we explained we were waiting for correct bills they still ignore the fact and continued escalating charges , and they added £905 worth of trumped charges all beacuse they couldn't invoice according to our meter reads which we provided them. They even claimed our reads were wrong though we took date stamped photographs. Fortunately this was all removed by the customer complaints team over at Dyce energy who i believe were connected with YU company. A horrendous experience and strongly advise to you stay well clear of them . I have never known a utility company to behave so obnoxiously.

They also escalated their standing charges extorionately high for being out of contract, daylight robbery comes to mind.

Customer complaints team at DYCE 5 stars!

Dan Willoughby has been brilliant at helping me to get false penalties imposed by YU energy removed. I believe at some point Dyce and YU energy were interconnected. Dan has been very supportive in dealing with YU energy who behave aggressively and harass customers with debt collection threats and escalate fees , because they couldn't change the business entity quick enough and billed me incorrectly. They also send in engineers who almost behave like bailiffs and escalate fees on a near daily basis, even though it is completely their fault for incorrect billing and woeful customer service. They threaten to cut your supply off, and force entry , and threats of court action , and we have never not paid our bills!!! Dan Willoughby and most latterly Wayne (customer services and complaints team leader) were brilliant is removing nearly £905.00 worth of trumped up charges. So 5 stars to Dan and Wayne of Dyce energy, and as I am not allowed to use expletives the less said about YU energy the better, please stay well clear of them.

I ordered three adidas beanie hats on May 14th 2021, its now 31st December 2021, still not received item!!! , no reply to my emails and no one answers the telephone number. Horrific customer service...will you resolve my issue? or are you content is taking my money and not even giving a refund, it is tantamount to theft.

Very disappointed to be told I cannot…

Very disappointed to be told I cannot get a refund or an exchange for a pair of Jordan 1 which I ordered in uk size 5.5 . I was instead sent g/s size 5.5 … this wasn’t clear in their website options I have rechecked .. so I ordered correctly according to the uk sizing option ..I am hoping they will review their decision and exchange the shoes . If not 1 star experience I am afraid . They need to make it more clear that ‘Y’ represents youth sizing .. it’s not clear , it’s easy to confuse . This company doesn’t want to recognise that fact .

For clarity initially you ordered a UK 5 EU 38 US 5.5Y, shortly after ordering you informed us that you had ordered the wrong size and requested a UK 5.5, which on our website is listed as UK 5.5 EU 38.5 US 6Y. Which at the time we of course changed for you and refunded you the slight difference in price.

As mentioned when we responded to you a UK 5.5 mens was not manufactured in this particular shoe and was not listed on our website.

when listing sizes we clearly state on our website 3 different sizing variants UK/EU/US for avoidance of doubt. This item was clearly listed as a youth shoe (UK 5.5 EU 38.5 US 6Y) hence the "Y" and no mens sizing was stated on our listing in this size.

Whilst we appreciate your feedback we provided the exact shoe in which was ordered.

Sent me the wrong size Jordan 1 mid…

Sent me the wrong size Jordan 1 mid shoes , I ordered adult size men’s 5.5 , got sent instead g/s 5.5 which are too small. Then told me I can’t get a refund or an exchange even though their website sizes show adult sizes ! Disgusting . They were a birthday present for my child ..
