Use Uber and not these useless idiots. Booked a taxi 2 days ago for a 12:25 pick up today. An hour before pick up, I got a text confirming they were coming. 10 minutes after pick up time I phone them as no one turned up. They said they were still trying to assign a driver. Had to cancel and drive as going to a wedding. They let you down time and time again and should not be operating a taxi company.
Prebooked 24 hrs in advance and turned up 30 mins late. Terrible service avoid. Also charged full amount aargh
The actual app and taxi service was fine and I was quite impressed by it initially - I have used it twice. The taxi arrived right on time. But I have also been charged twice for each ride - I have now tried calling the office 6 times and only once got through to the manager Leona who was helpful and "promised" me a call back same day with a refund either from the taxi driver or through TakeMe. But never got a call back, now a week later, have called three more times and now she is away. People on the phone have been polite and trying to help but the fact that this has been going on for 2 weeks now, multiple assurances that they will "sort it" and then nothing back. I am down £20 and won't be using this service again. Sorry TakeMe. I was really rooting for you as hard to get taxi's where i live.
Initial service was excellent. I’m disabled and helped me massively. However payment had to be made over the phone and the call handler charged me twice. Still haven’t received my money over a week later. For this I give them 1 star and cannot recommend. I also advise any taxi firms be paid in cash. Disabled, on low income and robbed of £30 is unacceptable.
Totally let down. Booked a taxi for a hospital appointment. I gave plenty of time to get me there. Twenty minutes after my booking time they still hadn't found me a driver. I was lucky as my neighbour came home and offered me a lift. I have been waiting 18 months for this hospital appointment and I would have missed it if not for my excellent neighbour.
I booked a taxi in Taunton through the new ai system & I received a text confirming the booking. The taxi did not arrive. It took a while to speak to an actual person & when I did I was told my booking had been cancelled via text & a phone call. I never received either. I have used this company for 4 years & have had a few no shows or been told that they are trying to find me a driver when my cab is due. I use this company for work so need a cab on time. I will not use this company again. Plus the prices vary hugely depending on the driver. Disgusting.
Zero stars but there is no option for that A taxi firms reputation is only as good as its reliability which must be consistsnt.I booked a pick up with them for this morning at 8.40 am to take us to our coach joining point we had to be there at 9 40am .I confirmed the booking with them yesterday and even received a 'We will be with you in the next hour message at 7.45am this motning.We waited outside at the appointed pickup time and my phone rings they are sorry but cannot find any drivers to pick us up do we want to cancel !!!!!! .We have by this time 35 mins to meet the coach no time to order a new taxi as it would have to get to us that is if one is available.Fortunately our neighbour came to the rescue we had to wake him up but he very kindly gave us a lift .It matters not how many good reviews this company gets it only takes one experience like ours to.throw their reliability into question .I have used them before but will not be using them agiin .Reliability is all if they cannot be relied on to fulfill a booking then all the good reviews are meaningless
Poor service this evening driver was very conformtational and wanted to drop us off at the nearest layby. We will not use Taxifast again

Driver was very rude and un-compassionate. Was more interested in set fee and route than safeguarding another passenger home. Was driving unsafe by being driving fast, out of route. Seemed unsure of best route of journey for passengers. Requested drop off early so 2 females felt safe. Avoid taxi 71 if female and definitely alone. Reported.

I pre booked a taxi at 7:30 the night before. It was to pick my girlfriend up in the morning at 8:30 to take her to work at the hospital. She has to be in for 8:50 so left plenty of time for a driver to be confirmed and to pick her up. I pre-paid as well to ensure it would be an easy transaction for her. I had a notification saying it was confirmed first thing in the morning. It then got to 8:42 and there was still no driver confirmed. Very poor service, cancelled the journey and took her to work myself. When pre-paying clients or pre booked journeys can’t be fulfilled, it’s a wonder why people still try with taxis.
