Arrived at the time given, polite and courteous to everyone and gave the impression he was happy in his work.

Both pairs of shoes arrived, boxes intact. I am happy with my purchases

Everything arrived promptly. Payment was easy. Quality was dubious unless hemming is a thing of the past and I'm just getting old!

Taxi was prompt. Taxi was booked on the Tower Cabs app with a fixed fare showing as £9.60. The driver asked for £10.20 but eventually and reluctantly settled for £10 as it was more convenient. I was paying cash. Driver said it was more expensive as he had come out of his way as no other driver was in the area. He was also a Taxi-fast driver not Tower. His actions let your company down being as Tower and Taxi-fast are the same company.

Parcel arrived as expected on your emails but yet again the driver failed to knock the door, leaving my item in the appointed safe place. I was indoors ready to receive the parcel. Very rude and on my opinion poor customer service.

Driver did not deliver to the correct address, a neighbour brought my package to my door.
I was indoors all day so no reason. IF he tried the door he didn't knock very hard.

From my experience of Yodel I was assured my items would arrive on the expect day, in good condition. I was not disappointed.
I did not have to search the estate for my delivery as has been necessary with other couriers, armed with just a photo of somebody's hands and torso or of a door without a number! A needle in a haystack and very infuriating.
I would recommend Yodel, for me personally they far outshine many other companies. Well done Yodel and a big thank you to the driver that delivered today.

Driver still didn't bother to knock on the door, I was home and heard him/her putting the parcel in the safe place. Where are their manners?

Despite having the despatch date it took 8 days to register as 'in transit'. After a week still no delivery so have had to ask for a refund from the eBay seller yet again.
Seller lost a sale, I didn't get the item I had ordered. Dissatisfied with the service.

Parcel was left at the expected time, in the allocated safe place as requested, packaging in good order. Thank you.

Ill-mannered delivery driver. Most drivers are ok but some need lessons on manners.
No need to hammer on a door as if a police raid and ring a working doorbell. Glad I haven't got a weak heart or an elderly/poorly person with me, someone would be in danger of death through the shock! A bit of training for your drivers might be a good thing.
