I was left a week with no diabetic…

I was left a week with no diabetic medication. Because of there mess up with a prescription. I have been feeling really ill and suffering with bad headaches.

Thank you for your review, I have tried to contact you on the telephone today, unfortunately you were unavailable and so I have sent you an email.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order. As I have explained in my email, when you placed your request this was sent to your Surgery to ask for your prescriptions to be authorised, as your GP had authorised a batch of your prescriptions in August we did not need to send a request to your Surgery.

Unfortunately, the batch of prescriptions were not showing on your account to be released, instead they were held on the NHS database, our Pharmacist manually pulled these in to your account so that we could dispense your order.

Please email me when you are ready to place your next order and I will check the batch of prescriptions are showing on your account.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for the delay this has caused and that this has caused you to feel ill.
