TOTAL SCAMMERS! Apparently they used to be good. No longer! Do not go near them. If you don’t believe me look up the worldwide groups on FB etc of people Scammed by Domestika You think you are just spending .99p on a taster video (which was rubbish by the way!) and get charged huge and varying amounts for subscriptions you didn’t sign up to. Even cancelling your subscription for the following year doesn’t always work. They have free access to plunder you accounts. AVOID!

Rug arrived earlier than expected and is really lovely. The colours are exactly as in the photographs and the quality is great. Lightweight with a non slip backing it is absolutely perfect for my new kitchen, looks like a quality kilim but infinitely more practical for the location.

Faultless and friendly service today (new years Eve afternoon) getting to and from a hospital appointment in Plymouth. Prebooked taxi arrived bang on time, and after a very, very long afternoon in the hospital I called for a pickup and a taxi appeared in under 4 minutes! Brilliant service, charming drivers and very reasonable fares.

Delighted with shoes. They arrived quickly but were a bit big (i am between a 7 and 8 so makes vary) I bought a smaller pair and they are perfect and have returned the first pair for a refund. Very easy return system .

An excellent service from start to finish. Adapted to changes via text message very effectively. I would advise booking direct -it is straightforward and takes a third party out of the equation if there are last minute adjustments to be made. Totally professional and polite. We also took advantage of an on site valet of our car while we away. Jay did an amazing job and obviously takes pride in his work. It was a transformation!
We had no waiting around at all either on departure or arrival. I will definitely be using them again.

I found the process extremely long winded and cumbersome. In fact it took several attempts to buy a ticket, and then I had to buy two. It seems that only set amounts of credit are available so for a ticket that cost £2.50 my only option was to buy a credit for £5 and buy two. The smaller option was £2 so not enough.
This seems unnecessary. Anywhere else you buy online or donate on line you can specific how much you wish to spend. If I wasn’t so committed to supporting my friend’s charity I wouldn’t have proceeded past the first page of clunky sign up.

A first class service and product. I have used this company for several years and they have never been less than excellent.

I ordered a headlight using my number plate, I am not a mechanic and have no knowledge so trusted their advertised expertise.The light delivered was completely wrong and now I have to pay to return it and start again somewhere else. They don’t stock the one I need. Days without a car....
They were prompt replying to me but refuse to organise a collection. Not happy.

Quick and efficient, the process was completed in minutes and beat my previous insurance by a considerable amount.
No experience of claims etc as only just joined.

The service is faultless and extremely fast. I found them by accident and will never use anyone else now for packaging for my tiny cottage industry. I never fear running out - they are delivered so fast and in any quantity at really reasonable prices.

Ordered in May - chased them and was advised 20th June by an automated email. Now nearly a month later and no response to any emails etc. All automated and an absolute scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
