Full fibre hitch sorted

When first installed, something was not right, a blue light continued to flash. When i reported the fault OR very quickly responded and Kamil came and systematically identified the fault and very quickly corrected the fault. He was reassuring, very competent and a pleasure to have met! OR contacted me once the problem was rectified with some very useful advice and hints. Thanks for sorting the system out so quickly and efficiently.

- Kept well informed when medicines are running low.
- Medicines are generally sent by post and are well packed and always arrive safely and on time.
- If a medicine is out of stock, another means of obtaining the medicine is arranged ( I get a barcode).

I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and warmth.
Being 80yrs old and a technophobe, I was asked to carry out simple tasks that I wasn't able to deal with, so I will be returning next week with my 'backup' to carry out the instructions.

No hesitation in recommmending LloydsDirect

Being a technophobe, it took a little time for me to dip my toe into the mysteries of LloydsDirect. However, it was much easier than I'd thought and any initial difficulties I came across, there was help readily available.
Drugs are delivered by Royal Mail in handy packets and in good time and one has access to one's personal and secure account to modify drugs easily.
I have no hesitation in recomending LloydsDirect

From boooking the original appointment, the Plymouth, Drake Circus branch, were welcoming, friendly and professional. My eye test and examination was most thorough and efficient, the tests well explained which I found reassuring.
Choosing the frame was done with some humour and the final outcome is most pleasing. Thanks to all!

I have recently joined LloydsDirect and there has been a hiccough with the change between my surgery and LlloydsDirect which means that I am now without 2 oof my regular drugs.

Having said that, the other drugs I needed have been delivered faultlessly!
