Hopeless forward planning of prebooking..

The taxi driver managed rhe journey quickly and the appointment was not missed. However, seeing as if booked it in advance, 2 days earlier, and knew that traffic could be a problem at that morning school run and commute time, I'd added extra time. Yet when the booking was due it failed assign a taxi, and after a few minutes I rang the Office to say that it needed to be prompt, the appointment could not be missed. It is the most basic duty of a taxi company to prioritise time sensitive appointments, especially those that are prebooked and have a note provided to explain this. As a customer I do not need the angst, I need the taxi at the chosen pick up time. Oh, it was fifteen minutes late, bit not the driver's fault, it was their booking assignment system, not having enough cars at that time of the day it seems. Won't be using this company in the morning rush again. I did tip the driver who had to see me complain and managed a fast route to the appointment, thank you driver.

As part of our Ts & Cs we recommend leaving an hour if you have to be somewhere for a specific time, especially if the pick up time is during a busy period to allow for any delays that may occur. Healthy Pets are reliable when needed, sensible cover at a good price.

Healthy Pets always helpful if. You ring them to discuss policy/renewal. Had a quote for renewal, and I checked it was cheaper to get a fresh policy (lifetime, no pre-existing conditions yet, luckily) offering lifetime coverage (future-proofing new conditions). They held my quote and I checked in price comparison websites. Compare the market had exact same policy so I tried to purchase that. A few computer system gremlins at their end but they politely and patiently sorted it over the phone. If you pay by monthly it is no more expensive than annually. NB renewed (started fresh equivalent) policy 11 days before other one expires to have full policy cover at all times. If had renewed would have been covered, but a new policy has a 10 day caveat for illness and 48 hrs for accident. Still saving when though starting policy 11 days before existing one expires. Very happy, they are a good company that responds quickly in the event of a trip to the vets etc,which is what is needed. If it ain't broken don't fix it. PS. With this policy, after the fixed excess for any new condition (£125) there are no extra fees ie no 20% of the bill left to me to pay. Would you want to pay 20% of a £800+ bill on top of an excess? Me neither!!

The local repair firm allocated is a…

The local repair firm allocated is a good one, and they work well, communicate well etc. It did take a while, there are lea times and waiting for part times, and a return visit when problem was more sneaky. That said they came as quickly as they could, noted I'd take a cancellation appointment and did indeed get to me more quickly when they could. I don't fault the company, they did their best with a diagnostic triage system. Great repair, thank you!

Perfect transaction! Double pack box pleated grey school skirts: fit a petite 16 year old. Size =Age 13 year

Perfect transaction! Order was despatched promptly, good communication throughout shipping. I used a collect method as didn't want to be tied in waiting. It was cheap, about £3, as I'd only spent approx 16 pounds in the order so not free delivery, and arrived promptly. Easy to collect from the store, and the item fits as per the "true size" tool on the website that I'd used. Finally a school skirt in a useful size! Thank you, Very! Material initially looked a bit thin, but on wearing looks quality. Put in wash, to get rid of packing creases and that fire retardant chemical smell that new clothes always have. Came out of wash beautifully, fit daughter perfectly. Is adjustable for growth. Looks smart and trendy. Bargain too! Thank you! 10 STARS!

5 stars for Moor-to-Sea Zanussi Dryer Repair

Been paying for ao.com product insurance for maybe 4 years on Zanussi Condensing Dryer?
Was a slight rigmarole logging the details/repair request, was directed from one telephone service to online to back to telephone or something like that, due to COVID demand etc, but checked common faults and self remedies options available online before proceeding to request repair. A local firm called me to check the details, potential problem, and confirm the model no. and make. Once done I was offered a choice of day for a repair, and told they would ring me by 8.30am in the day to confirm a 2 hour time slot for that day. This happened and the engineer arrived promptly. The problem was diagnosed, 5hd part ordered, but when another engineer returned, by the same call/time slot method, with the part he said the fault was elsewhere and read the fault code and ordered a different part, which was then brought two days later, at an agreed time slot, and the repair was completed the company, Moor To Sea were punctual, polite, clean, COVID sensible, and provided an excellent service.

Lawrence at Yodel delivered parcel quickly. Kept informed. Recommend the App for tracking and choices if not in.

YODEL delivered very quickly for a Fathers Day related order. The postage was not a lot, but the parcel delivered in 2 days and at a weekend too. Received text and emails about the delivery day. I used the Yodel App to keep a better eye in it. This showed me that the delivery date had moved to 2 days earlier, so I quickly checked that the recipient would be at home. If they hadn't been, I could have set up a neighbour or safe place for the parcel to be left. It arrived on the specified day, recipient and sender very happy.

Thank you for extra signed items.

I have changed my review, as I understand that Dan and Phil were unprepared for the surge in demand of all their products. They sent extra signed postcards and were apologetic, and learnt to have capacity for demand for future occasions. I admit the quality of their items is fantastic, have bought glitter school bag, tee-shirt, tour hoodie, stationery, games, books etc, and they truly delight the recipient, permanently, not just for a day. Went on the tour and it was so much fun! Remember my kid's heart rate going through the roof (fit bit) when they came on stage and a the fans screamed: it gave me insight into what The Beatles endured!!
Well done to you guys for bringing funny stories to many growing kids and adults, and to Dan for penning his book on depression, anxiety etc, and getting through it. It is proving invaluable. Keep being you <3 x

Was a bit disappointed that

Was a bit disappointed that, after I'd seen prompt to pay, clicked pay = paid, then next day received email saying temporarily out of stock. I can prove this, please don't say I misread the email. Decided I didn't want the (out of stock) item anymore, rang up to say but found it was in stock and despatched. Well, I had to refuse delivery and ring Hughes again to make sure I was refunded (oddly DPD had not returned directly to them) but I was refunded in full about two days after ringing them (a week after refusing delivery). Fairly happy overall. :-)

First purchase went smoothly-will shop again at GameSeek.

Was seeking Skate 3 (having been told "not available in store or online by both (rubbish) Game and (much more useful) CEX - they each quoted me about £15 and was told was " hard to get hold of/niche market").
Decided to look online and found (using utility warehouse "findmethecheapest") and GameSeek appeared at the second best price, however it had the highest trustpilot score and the cheaper company seemed to have issues...
Placed order with GameSeek, thought a bargain (not sure if there was even a postage charge) and selected standard post. Arrived in less than 3 working days and my child is over the moon. The other child loves the game too. Very pleased with GameSeek so far! :-)

quick turn-around,quality products.

Most orders were posted quickly, packaging was good. loved the free postage for orders over £50 (?), made good value including sale prices and 10% discounts on top! very pleased with Outdoor World for service, communication, delivery etc. definitely recommend them to everyone!
