Being threatened by these on a daily…

Being threatened by these on a daily basis via phone. Because I’m homeless and don’t have a postcode to offer them or know one that they can correlate to an alleged debt then they threaten me even further. Already told them dozens of times that if they are so worried about their investment that they made on an alleged debt and chose to pay off on my behalf, then to serve me with a statutory demand and declare me bankrupt. They ignore all this and keep demanding a postcode despite me being homeless and in various local authority emergency accommodations or schemes for the past three years and keep making harassing calls daily. They’ve now resorted to the automated calls like their sister company Cabot. Advice to anyone is block the number and just delete the automated voice messages each day, failing that, change your number.
This company are a risk for reward operation that risks investing a tiny percentage of an alleged debt paying it off on someone’s behalf in the hope the can threaten someone into paying them the full value of an alleged debt.

Recently moved into a new property…

Recently moved into a new property which had a large debt from previous tenants. Ndabe was brilliant and dealt with everything whilst I emailed ID and tenancy documents. New account was set up easily and meter readings taken.

Very prompt pick up within two minutes…

Very prompt pick up within two minutes of the time requested for. Driver was more than happy to drop off enroute too. Never had a poor journey with TaxiFirst/Towers

Age old problem that Tesco Mobile are…

Age old problem that Tesco Mobile are aware of yet still months later vehemently deny exists.
Attempts to pay bill by app will automatically be kicked back after money has been ring-fence from bank. It's now started doing this on desktop site and autopay line. Bank holds the money for 14 days before returning it too account before returning it.
Made three attempts in good faith to pay bill this morning. Bank is now £146.40 lighter for next two weeks and bill is unpaid.
Customer service fob you off saying they've escalated it to managers but they NEVER get back too you.

Cannot wait for my contract to end.

Full service plus Vauxhall safety recall.

Went in for a annual service for 16 plate Corsa ctdi. Booked through BMG site and quoted an excellent price. Thought it was iffy because of the low price but was absolutely legitimate. Dropped car onn in morning and was ready bang on time. Staff also identified a safety recall from Vauxhall so carried out the work at same time. All staff very friendly. Very busy when I collected but endeavoured to attend to me as quickly as possible.

Warning to anyone considering a little box policy

Warning to anyone considering a "Little Box" policy. They WILL penalise you for making more than two separate journeys a day regardless of whether it's a regular route you take or not. I took the policy out in good faith to save money as I'm in my 40s and have no desire to drive recklessly or speed. Had an email to say I've been placed in driver improvement group because of my use of the car. I declared social domestic and pleasure on policy which is exactly what I do. I do not use it for commuting ever. Spoke to call handler and was told I need to use car once a day and avoid turning off engine to avoid it logging as multiple journeys. Also got told to avoid 70mph roads.
Absolutely none if this was stated when I took the policy out. Been threatened with policy cancellation in 30 days if I don't ration my car use, so unless I stop taking my disabled toddler to nursery, they'll cancel my policy.
Direct debit been cancelled and alternative insurance sourced. I'll happily see these reptiles in County Court if they try saying I owe them money for something they've sold to me under false pretenses.
Don't be fooled by these lizards.

Dealt with Owen initially at sales…

Dealt with Owen initially at sales stage and then Nathan at the contract stage. Both were extremely helpful and professional. The car i initially chose turned out to be well over priced by the dealer which they sussed out and advised me on. in the end they linked me to a dealer where i quickly found a brilliant car at a brilliant price. Whole process too little more than two working days before i drove away.
Had an issue with the finance company they used as something on my credit file (phone contract i think) incorrectly showed on my credit file as motor finance but Nathan quickly ironed this out with Startline and was no longer a problem.

Definitely recommend.

Ordered a treadmill from this company…

Ordered a treadmill from this company and got informed shortly after that the last one had sold just before I ordered mine. The email communication and customer service I had from Behzad was nothing short of excellent and would put a lot of large companies to shame.
Unfortunately couldn't find a suitable alternative so a refund was offered very promptly.
Will definitely be trying Gymrat again if anything suitable comes in.

Beware of the scam organisation. Started receiving unsolicited texts that I can block. Turns out they've acquired my bank details and have set up a direct debit without me signing anything or authorising it.
Reported to bank and police for fraud by false misrepresentation.

My club has switched to these reptiles…

My club has switched to these reptiles for ST finance this season for which I've heard horror stories about.
Never missed a payment with all the previous season ticket finance providers in my life and I have a very stable and relatively good credit score.
Got refused so I call them. Reason given is that I'm disabled and they don't lend to this demographic, despite offering to send them bank statements with proof of income that was declared on application.

A lackey called me this morning asking why I made this review.
Adamant that this wasn't the case.

I just wish there was a facility to upload photos to this site so I can upload the screenshot of the V12 headed article which clearly dictates demographics they automatically refuse, criteria that this weasel that called me this morning was adamant didn't exist.

Just took out a M&S Bank credit card with with 19 month introductory 0% purchase rate to cover our tickets with no issues whatsoever, so this completely underpins everything I've said.

Took delivery today of The Ferguson corner. Was extremely easy to assemble despite me being disabled.
Despite myself being 6ft4 I'm sat stretched out from corner now extremely comfortably. Will definitely be buying my next sofa from you and reccomend.

Journey was fine

Journey was fine, drivers always helpful and friendly as usual, only down point was my daughter was down a bit without any Wifi available on the Plymouth to London bus.
Know it's probably not possible due to operational reasons but wish the 406 had its rest stop like the 404 does at Taunton Deane where there are more facilities open than at Sandy Gate where the 406 stops.
