Trustpilot have made it easier to write…

Trustpilot have made it easier to write a review, which I am happy about. The easier it is the more likely I will write a review. So recently I have written a few reviews, which trustpilot handles very well. In the past I often didn't write any reviews if it meant going on Facebook to do it or it was too complicated.
Trustpilot make it very simple and give plenty of advice on how to do it, thank you.

It’s easy to book a ticket

It’s easy to book a ticket, can be done anywhere and quickly, have even booked a ticket whilst getting on to a train before now.
Simple to use and easy to get hold of someone when there’s an issue, it was not trainlines fault, but they resolved it for me anyway. Thank you.

More choice for box contents

I Love and support farmers who are providing good organic food, real food. I Love the letters and tips that come in each box. The thing that would improve it even more for me would be more choices of what actually goes into my box, often I have to have something I don’t want or need because we can’t change the contents of the boxes. It would be really good if you could have a choice of changing one or two items in the box you have chosen, that would be the icing on the cake for me. Thank you for providing such lovely produce.

Hello, thank you for your review. If you need a little more variety, we offer several different types and pop the contents of our boxes up on our website each week so you can have a look through them and decide which one would best suit you.

You can swap and change between these different boxes as many times as you like before your cut off time to ensure you get a box you really like.

Alternatively, why not try building your own box from scratch and select the individual items you want from our website. The minimum spend if you do this is £15.00 and delivery is free.

Poor service

Poor service, wrong size, couldn't exchange had to wait for refund with no updates of what was happening, had to ring them to find out what was going on. More than two weeks later I had to ring them for the third time, they still had not processed my return, but I did finally get my refund so I could order the right size.
